The bed i didnt like the bed . Needed a massage but I do love a good massage . Got collected and went to another town to "haram"? It was amazing . The decor is a little outdated but my dad loved that . Oh the chairs are a little uncomfortable in the room. Maybe a wine opener for room and wine glasses would of been nice . And some shampoo and shower gel. But it was well cleaned with fluffy bath towels .

The hotel is very clean and rooms cleaned daily. All the staff are brilliant and so friendly . The signature cocktails are delicious 😋. The breakfast was the best we had in kos . Wish I had it more than once . The food we only got to try once but was very nice . The kitchen was closed but the chef still made it. And the pool is quiet so had it all to myself lots of times. Oh ans love the free books . Least I got another 2 during my stay to read .

A bit worse with parking the car, we had to look for the parking space but each time we managed to find a place nearby the hotel. Noise from the hallway during the night.

It was located in a calmer part of the city not far from the center and the sea. The room was quite well equipped and clean, a nice swimming pool.

I never saw the pool be cleaned and the rooms certainly need updating, there was a fixture falling off the wall, the key holder was lose, there were children’s pencil drawings on the walls and one bed was extremely squeaky and lopsided. It just needs a general update and clean and it would be perfect

Nothing as it was a base so we could enjoy kos , had a noisy nieghbour for a couple of nights but the staff nipped it in the bud, If I was gonna be picky the sunbeds have seen better days.

We were disappointed to note that some of the towels supplied were not properly cleaned, brought this to the attention of the lady cleaning our room, who kindly replaced them for us.

The room had been partially refurbed, but the bathroom needed a good refurbishment. The bath was almost impossible to shower in as the bath was a small one with a seated area at one end which meant your legs were at different levels.

Staff were very good. We walked from the ferry and instructions were good. Communal areas, including the pool were good but the main hotel areas needed attention.

Location is very close to bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great bar and spacious lounge area. Pool area gets the afternoon and early evening sun.

The location is a short walk along the street to the beach and the town. The pool is lovely. The reception area and lovely staff. Good food available plenty of mini markets and tavernas around

The ONLY slight negative is that the hotel physically needs some maintenance - eg our bathroom cabinet is peeling and needs replacing. This arises in other reviews; there's several examples. However I stopped noticing after few days - and the facilities are good (eg air con is part of the building so no units on balconies).

Brilliant location - less than 5 minutes to the beach & less than 10 minutes stroll to the harbour, with many shops on the way. Great breakfasts (I would recommend just for these!) with choice of 3. Good pool - even in August it was not crowded. Staff always friendly.

Sometimes noisy at night in the halls but otherwise great value and will definitely be back. No air con in living area/kitchen but bedroom one worked well.

The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Very friendly and helpful. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Nice relaxed pool areas.
