Shower very small and cramped, it was impossible to wash without coming into contact with the walls or curtain which is very uncomfortable. The fan goes so loud and unpleasant that you wanted to leave this bathroom as soon as possible! Only one chair and one nightstand. It would be better if there were two chairs and/or two nightstands. No power outlet by the bed, in fact in the bedroom area only one outlet opposite the bed which makes absolutely no sense.

The environment of the facility, the garden, it looked very nice and looked well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the room was exactly as in the pictures, the air conditioning worked well, there was access to the terrace. 350m distance to the beach with bars and sunbeds! Very courteous staff!

Rooms and the bathroom are not very spacious, but it is not a big deal if you plan to exolore Sithonia and spend most of your vacation outside.

*Good location *Nice view with a spacious balcony *Parking spot (4 cars only in the yard) and a few more outside the property). Very important if you care about your car not being parked on the steep hills an on the street in the center of the village. *Best offer fot the price

It was very clean and the host very kind. The room is cleaned every 3 days. There is a parking space in the garden for 5 cars and in front of the property there is also space for parking few more cars in case the hotel is full.

Even though the room was cleaned 2 times during our stay, I thought it wasn't cleaned as well as I wished. The room had a kind of a weird smell during our stay. At first we thought it was just our wet stuff, but even after taking everything out, the room kept smelling kind of damp, even freshly after cleaning.

The location was very good, close to everything and the hosts were very nice. The balcony was very spacious and the yard was beautiful.

The hotel is located between two noisy roads.

About 10-15 mins by walk to the center, but very close to the exit of the town. Very close to a big supermarket and restaurant. The closest beach is about 5 mins by walk. Have about 4-5 parking spots inside the hotel zone and 4-5 spots outside, in front of the entrance of the hotel zone. Beautiful view from the balcony.

- PARKING SITUATION hardly got a parking lot There where guests at night grilling (not some who stayed there) witch got really rude cause we parked next to them quite close cause we hadn't had any other option, we were really nice to them also didn't damaged the car- I don't know who they belonged to but if they were privite guests from someone who stayed there I wouldn't alowe them to have guests over and if they where privite guests from the host I would suggest to not allowe them to park there. The parking lots should be free for the once who pay to stay there and also have no other options to park somewhere. That situation made me really mad, that's unprofessional, if there are privite guest they should at least know how to behave around the guests who pay to stay. - cigarette smell came through something / either the windows where broken or it came through the air conditioner I would suggest to not place smokers next to non smokers. - noisy

- Balcony, it's big and our view was nice - it was clean, also had a cleaning service big + - host was friendly - he suggested us to help with where to eat out, witch beaches to visit etc. Big + Over all it was okay, nothing too special but also nothing bad. We did like to stay on the balcony, the air conditioner worked well, necessary things were in the kitchen everything worked the bed was comfortable.

They didnt know a signle Word of english. In the whole room you have only 1 outlet and that one is away from bed and the bad had a stain on it.

The room was a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom definitely needs a curtain since once you have taken a shower there is water all over the place. Also, the kitchen misses a few knives..

The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything was very clean and the room was equipped with most of the necessary essentials. The area is very clean and peaceful, perfect for families and couples. The hotel is located close to the Paradisos beach, 3 minutes away by foot. The city center is somewhat close as well, 10 minutes by foot. The hotel yard is wonderful, full of trees and plants.

Everything was good. Perfect for weekend getaway or family vacation. Good price for what you get. There is bakery and market nearby. 10min downhil/uphill walk from the city center.

Our room was on the second floor, which made it hard for us because we have a baby, and we had to carry a lot of things all the time up and down. Probably wasn't intentional, but it would have been nice if we had a room on the first floor, or the ground floor. Maybe they can make a policy where couples with babies can get more accessible rooms.

Great location, friendly staff, good value for money. The provided us with a baby cot so our baby can play and sleep, which was very nice of them. Clean, with nice side view on the sea even our room was on the back of the house.

It's mostly an apartment type but still very clean,, the place is very good to visit the Paradisos and Marmaras beach and get around Sithonia. The hosts are very very kind and the facility is very good for what you pay. Very goos restaurants around dhe the prices are affordable. We are thinking to get back again nexr year 😁
