Everything was perfect

The property is located at 2 minutes from the beach, the staff, Mr Kostas is amazing and will take great care of you. Everyone is always attentive, caring and tries to help with anything you need. I found other guests very respectful of the facilities (pool,common areas no noise at night) and overall a tranquil and serene vibe. The rooms have everything you need AC, shower,fridge working perfectly.

There was nothing to dislike about this exceptional Hotel.

We loved the fact that the hotel was small and family run, with its own exceptional pool very close to a wonderful beach front with small harbour and a great choice of local restaurants right on the sea. The hotel was clean, the staff were fantastic, and the swimming pool was absolutely amazing. The self-service bar was novel and an unexpected convenience. We found our rooms comfortable, quiet and cool thanks to the AC. The showers very good too.

The instructions were in German, so we ended up with no hot water.

That we had to come home!

Everything was perfect. We arrived very late, but the key was left for us in reception, with a lovely welcoming letter directing us to our room. All rooms overlook the beautiful swimming pool, the hotel is spotlessly clean and has great facilities in the rooms. The fridge in the room was made good use of, and there is an honesty bar at the pool which we used a couple of times. The air-conditioning was most welcome during the heatwave. Breakfast was good, an ample choice - cereals, yoghurt and honey, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, and cakes. Different fruit juices and fresh coffee are also served. Kostas and his family made us very welcome. We also ate at the nearby family taverna a couple of times, where the service was excellent, and food delicious.

Only food provided is breakfast - however the family own a taverna 10 mins away and there are plenty of other restaurants around. No direct access to a beach - but free sun loungers within 2-10 mins walking distance along the coast

It was pure pleasure to be there! A wonderful owner who was very helpful and hospitable.You can feel like at home. As for the hotel, clean, well-kept and well-equipped. A plus was the swimming pool, which was open until 9 p.m. Very good breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves. A big advantage is that the facility is very close to the sea. The only thing that was bothersome was the lack of public transport. We will definitely come back to this place.

The swimming pool was cold but we did go in October.

The host was really accommodating and friendly. It's a lovely quiet neighbourhood with everything to hand. A local shop. Excellent taverna owned by the hotel owner was delicious 😋 and a short walk away. The room is spacious and was very clean. Short drive the local town with more shops and tavernas. Overall we loved it.

It was lovely and quiet, the pool area was great, peaceful and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful every morning with a real variety for all. Our room was cleaned every day and we felt very well looked after. The family who run the hotel and taverna were always incredibly polite and helpful. You can really tell it a lovely family run business. We will be sure to be back with our own family. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Minus: water pressure on bathroom sink 1 big towel has been changed after 5 days, when I have let it on the floor. The other ones not. We didn't like the breakfast- it was exactly the same each day but everywhere in Greece is the same. I'd suggest one say to serve salami, in the next one prosciuto and so on. It looks varied this way :)

Plus: The building well built - All rooms have sea / pool view. We had a nice room and also bigger than the rest. It had balcony Well equipped for kitchen - even of we didn't cook :) A lot of space in closets Pool clean, warm water, shower Also I've appreciated the trust they have in their customers - at the pool-bar it's self-service. You consume and write what you consumed, you'll pay at the end of holiday. You can't be a moron!!!!

The beds weren't very comfortable, unfortunately. Very hard and annoying it was two beds pushed together for a double (standard in Greece). Coffee wasn't great.

Kostas was a great host! Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location, liked the self service bar set up, and having the pool to ourselves on our first day. Also, the shower had a door! First time in Greece I've seen this (as opposed to nothing and floods the bathroom!) We added on breakfast two out of 4 days and was pleasantly surprised - pancakes and spanikopita on one day and loukmades on the other! Yum!

I loved that it was so close to the sea and that it’s away from the touristy hustle and bustle! This is an ideal spot for those that want a break from it all and close enough to some amazing restaurants! The pool was lovely and for the first few days I pretty much had it to myself! Bliss! Rooms are lovely and clean - plenty big enough to be comfortable and has aircon! Kostas and family really do pride themselves on ensuring you have an amazing stay! If you don’t rent a car and come when the temperatures are hot, take them up on the offer for a lift to Boukari Beach restaurant! OMG the food is delicious and you can get tables right on the sea front! “Cash is king” in Boukari - especially for the mini markets/ taxis
