The toilet was broken, we had to flush it ourselves, the remote control from air condition wasn' t work well and one day there was a problem with the taps

The shower does not have a separate shower drain, you simply flood the bath when you shower. Also, location is not really IN Lefkada City, but rather near the beach to which you need to navigate a labyrinth of streets (ca. 15min by foot) where the few restaurants are and no shops. Probably fine if you have a bike or car with you.

Cleaning service, fresh sheets & towels on the 4th day. The faucet in the kitchen sink was broken. Didn’t have mesh screen on window & doors. Problems with water pressure. Host wasn’t there to greet (had left post-it note with name & room number). Bed & pillows were uncomfortable.

The mattress and the pillows were a bit hard. Also, it would be nice to have a water-blocker on the bathroom's floor so that the water doesn't come out all over the bathroom.

Perfect for people who want to explore the island and not stay in the hotel. The property needs a small renovation but the hosts were very friendly. Very peaceful neighborhood. New A/C that worked perfectly. Our cat loved chilling at the balcony. (Room 2)

The appartment is in a big house with nice garden. This house is situated among small gardens with beautiful old olive trees. You can walk down to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all. And there is a small beach at the corner of the bay with big trees.The water was warm. There is a tennis court in the nearby. I loved the place.

This place was disgusting.

There is nothing good to say about this place it didn't deserve even a 1 rating. The moment we got there, the problems began. We booked the two bedroom apartment( which isn't even 2 bedrooms), the girl told us our room is in the back,pointed to the room, and walked away. We opened the door to an open space with 1 double and 2 single beds, went back to tell her that's not the room we rented, she told us that we had to stay in that room for the night because our room was not cleaned yet and the maid won't be in till the next day. We weren't pleased with this, so she called the owner, and they called the maid to clean it,but it will not be ready till 6 pm, so we had to drive around for 4hour. When we got our room, we were shocked at how the so-called "apartment" looked like, dirty, depressing and thev2 bedroom apartment was actually a 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the tiny living space, one air conditioner which was leaking, had no running water, beds were old looking and very uncomfortable, no wifi signal, had to leave the room go outsid to the back of the building to get a little bit of a single, but super slow, the kitchenette was disgusting, sink had some nasty looking cocking around it and it was peeling off, could find no customer service on the site. I don't understand how a place so disgusting and unorganized can get a 6.5 rating and win a bookings.com award( 2015) I hate that I had to give it a 1 rating just to write this review. We ended up booked a beautiful place for 90 Euros more and leaving this dump that day. I highly recommend not to waste your money in this place.

There was no room cleaning throughout my week-long stay. Not even taking out the trash. I've never experienced this in whole of Greece. The room was not particularly clean from the beginning. The wi-fi was horrible. Pretty frustrating all the time. Cold water was not running for 2 days. Toilet was leaking. AC was turning itself off by the end of the stay. Had to switch electricity off and on again.

Worst hotel i have ever been. Dirty everywhere the sheets dirty of dogs walking around and so many hair in the bed the bathroom drain was not working

There was no one when we arrived..there was NO internet. It's in the middle of farm land and Mini Mart is far and hard to find through farm land. No restaurants near by.Again they are located by the beach but you need someone to show you through a different farm land. We arrived with my daughter that is disabled and has a hard time walking , around 2 am..we stayed hungry and thirsty till next morning when we followed some other guests to the beach. Knowing that the tap water was not drinkable there should have been at least one bottle of water in the fridge. The shower water turns either too hot or too cold while you are taking a shower. The bed mattress was hard as a rock. The only possitive comment is that the place was clean. Hard to find a taxi since there is no dispatcher 👎

The Wi-Fi if you want to call it that was awful It couldn’t connect what so ever, when you ask the staff they said they have a antenna issue, then If that’s the case you shouldn’t advertise the place having Wi-Fi, very disappointed
