Nothing, it was perfect.

Incredible welcome and hospitality. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Great breakfast and pool! Antonio and the rest of the staff cuddled us from our arrival to our departure.

It is hard to describe the Perantzada experience: simply extraordinary! Lovely mansion art-boutique hotel, centrally positioned at heart of Vathy port. Quaity of service unique. What is standing out the most is the personnel. We felt we belong there. Remarkable professionalism, kindness, going the extra mile to guarantee a joyful trip and even… when things go south to rescue your plans by all means! Antonis and Katerina rock! We will be back!

The hotel in general was gorgeous, very clean, and has great views of the bay. The room was spacious and serviced everyday. The service from all the staff was excellent, the breakfast offers for all tastes. Katarina arranged our travel to and from the island which was very convenient and timely. Small touches like afternoon snacks or icecream were fantastic!

Situated in a perfect spot to oversee Vathi, close to the restaurants and bars but away from the noise. The room was spacious, clean and with an amazing view. The staff really made a difference. Antonis was always there to help with whatever we needed while the suggestions from Katerina on the places to visit, where to swim and eat were spot on and elevated the experience of visiting Ithaca.

Some stairs to reach the upper floor but worth the view!

The staff was very pleasent and helpful, welcoming us and doing some favours. The rooms are in an art style, with customized pillows. The bathroom was clean, with towels and sanity kits. For the breakfast they have a big variety of food and fresh bakings, with the option to eat outside, next to the pool. Overall it was an interesting stay.

The sink was broken, the shower was dirty with some sand on the floor, there were no lights exept for a bed lamp. We also had some trouble storing things, since there were no cupboards, only a closet with racks. The doors were broken and didn't lock well. Also, the place is built like a maze, so it's easy to get lost.

Antonio, Katerina and their entire team were so incredibly generous and made us feel so at home for our short one night stay in Ithaca. I can’t recommend this place enough and am already planning a longer stay for next time

A quirky little hotel - rooms are well appointed and balconies, terraces and the pool area all overlook the sea. Breakfast was delicious and served by the pool. The staff could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms and areas looking tired in need of some maintenance work. Breakfast layout needs re arranging, not streamlined enough, no plates on opposite side where pastries are, not enough choice Toaster too small etc.
