The apartment is not large, but it's well-organized. Everything is clean, and the furniture is new. It has a spacious terrace and a nice seating area in front of the unit. The bathroom is new, clean, and fully equipped. The location is excellent—close to the main road and a large supermarket, and just a 7-minute walk to the town beach. There's plenty of parking space. It's also a great base for exploring the peninsula. The hosts are kind and helpful

Great value for the money. Wonderful hosts, clean and lovely place.

Almost everything, the owners very kind, big room, well positioned, quiet, garden, private terrace, coffee terrace, etc. I appreciated a lot the white bed linen and towels (changed after 4 nights). They often did the cleaning, at every 2 days if I payes enough attention. Kitchinete enough equiped for a breakfast or a coffee- very useful. The room was recently renovated, clean bathroom, good furniture, comfortable bed ( the pillows were not the best, but not an important inconvenience). I would definitely return to Perix again. I highly recommend.

Maybe it was a slip/error, but the room had not been completely cleaned for check in (the dust had not been wiped, the floor was dirty, the refrigerator, although a good one, had not been cleaned). Everything was fixed/repaired in the following days.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always with a warm and friendly attitude. It truly felt like home!
