The breakfast was great. Served in the restaurant. They had a nice buffet. The Hotel is situated on a hill overlooking Limeni so it's not in Areopoli which is a few minutes drive away, Limeni is really nice for dinners. Areopoli is nice for strolling and history. The hotel is stunning with an infinity pool and beautiful rooms. I almost didn't want to write this review because their prices are going to keep going up as they get busier. But they deserve it.

We were unaware of the large prospect of mosquitos. During the evening we opened the outer door of our room to take in the magnificent view and within 2-5 minutes they had entered our room. Suffice to say it made for an uncomfortable night.

The views from this hotel (and in particular the pool and our room) were breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent as are the staff that were accommodating with nothing being too much trouble.

Really, the only thing that we didn't like was that the hotel calls itself a hotel and "spa". The only "spa" amenity that was available to us was the sauna, which cost a whopping 1 euro per minute. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the food and staff couldn't have been any better, but calling this a spa hotel is a real stretch.

The staff were the shining stars of this property, included in this is the front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff. Everyone was absolutely incredible. The food in the restaurant was among some of the best that we had on our entire vacation!

My only criticism is the use of the word "spa" in the name. The only spa facilities are 2 massage rooms and a sauna. The sauna is not included in the price of the hotel. At the time of our visit, the sauna was 1 Euro per minute. We found this to be a bit disappointing, considering the room prices. Additionally, we had planned on booking massages during our stay, but the therapist had a family emergency and the hotel had no other therapist available. It's a wonderful hotel overall, just don't go expecting a proper spa.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. By the time we checked out, we actually felt as if we really knew the staff. Such a rarity! The hotel itself is gorgeous in a gorgeous location, with lots of wonderful daytrips within an hour or 2. The food was incredible! One of the best hotel breakfasts, we've ever had.

Breakfast buffet options are good but could be better. When you open a window or balcony door, the clima turns off instantly. So if family is sleeping but you want to go to the balcony to read a book, for example, your family would stay inside without clima (wired on-wall controller).

Wonderful place with a relaxing landscape view. Luxury facilities, friendly staff, tasty options in the restaurant. Really nice saltwater pool. Spa options are also great and worthy to visit. A really good option for families with child/children or/and pet.

.We really enjoyed this boutiqe hotel that is situated in an amazing bay. The hotel's facilities are excellent and clean. The room was well design and comfortable. We love allso the gym and the sauna. Breakfest was great too. Planning to come back in the season. The stuff was very helpful and super friendly.

Although room was booked with panoramic view, it was at the side of the property with somehow blocked view. Breakfast was ok, but with limited choices beyond bread and pastries or gluten free and non-dairy. Only filtered coffee was included in the price (charging extra for a greek coffee or an espresso is unreasonable for such facility)

We didn't really like so much the breakfast. Although it was full and with a range of products, some food was undercooked and not so tasty. Another thing that annoyed me is that although we contacted them about our approximate time of arrival, the room was not ready and we had to wait for two hours. Charging some extra drinks without buying them was also another issue that upset me.

The location as well as the services provided by the hotel were great. We enjoyed the magnificent view, the pool and the room with the small balcony. The facilities (i.e., gym, restaurant, hall, etc.) were quite good and clean. Very nice and relaxing.

Sadly when we were there , there were constuction works happening right in front of us, with heavy drilling happening all day long except sunday... Also some interior renovation works happening. Not sure if the hotel should have been open under these circumstances... Though the rooms were fully soundproof, when opening the windows, the noise was unbearable. Though temporal, its something to ask if its ongoing. Also the spa was not working at the time.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous with stunning views and great breakfast. The pool is super instagrammable thought not heated. The quality of materials and the architectural design and implementation is very high , with customly made design details. Stunning interiors.

Room was spotless, comfortable and huge, with nice and polite staff and fast check in/out. Housekeeping services was attentive, hotel had also a very clean and beautiful pool and the restaurant had delicious dishes. Hotel also had a fully equipped business center. The outdoor space can be used for events and celebrations. We went for hiking and cycling and it was fantastic, the area around the hotel was perfect for these activities.

Accommodation had a very nice view, it had a very clean and sunny room with wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floor. Mine had a large TV, bathrobes, and slippers on the bathroom, safe box and minibar in the room. Breakfast buffet with local dishes was served in the hotel's dining room. This area functions as a restaurant for the rest of the day. Fair rates for the season, so I would love to go again for more days.

Boutique hotel with nice sea view, great design stone and wooden room, genteel and professional staff, fair prices and very clean pool. The front desk helped us tp assisted a car rental. It had also a free private parking on site. It was a great stay I will repeated soon.

It's maybe one of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. Located in a great spot on the southern slope of Taygetos. Our room was superbly unique, with amazing architecture design, nice colors and elegant furniture. Hotel had also panoramic view of the bay of Oitylos. 100% recommend to everyone!

This place could really sing, but it felt a bit muted, like the ambition for luxury hadn't been fully followed through. Staff were professional but no more than that.Rooms were comfortable but no surprising touches delighted us as they have in other places. The restaurant was fine but the menu didn't change much and the quality was good rather than outstanding.

The whole vibe - from building to decor and plumbing fixtures and menus - is intended to convey a hip, stylish, boutique, luxury hotel. And in the main, that works, for appearances anyway. There's nothing especially to fault about the staff or food or rooms. Certainly, there are good views and a good pool and a great breakfast.

It seems that they have set the AC somehow to not work properly. It’s the first time I had to wake up during the night to re set it again to somehow have the temperature I wanted. When you open the balcony door the ac immediately turns off which is very annoying. We stayed at the ground level of the main building and there was noice in the morning. Unacceptable to a place you go in order to relax.. You have to pay for the coffee capsules inside the room as well as for the water.. 2€ a capsule? And not even nespresso brand.. Better for them to add 5-10 euros to the room price and have them “free”.

Amazing location, very clean rooms and the pool with that view is stunning.
