The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely personal care products. Comfortable bed. Location was excellent for us. Just inside old town walls. Nice cafe/bar across from the hotel. A bit tricky figuring out how to get to parking because the street Google Maps wanted to send us down was blocked by restaurant sidewalk sign but once we figured it out it was no problem and close enough to the hotel to manage with luggage. The person at the front desk, which is manned from around 9am to 4pm, was very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in while visiting Greece.

Nothing, everything was great.

Petrou Suites was easily one of the best accommodations during our trip. Very pleasant atmosphere, best location you can imagine, a lot of helpful utensils, 10/10 cleanliness, and a beautiful courtyard you can enjoy your welcome drink, or your morning coffee in. I won't even consider another accommodation next time I'm in Ioannina.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Ioannina. The place was spotless—immaculately clean and clearly maintained with great care. The decoration was thoughtful and tasteful, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Everything was in its place, making the room not only pretty but also very comfortable. The location is perfect: right in the center, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, the rooms are located inside the old castle walls. Everything you require is nearby. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Very easy to find location. Room were equipped with all furniture. Near center and easy to reach location. Very clean and quiet place. Everything was perfect. Host was very friendly and very helpful. Iaonnina is wonderful city and good for shopping. Recommend it 100%

Very good location, had parking, didn't mind us staying in the parking Lil longer, was very well designed, quite, the entering by code rather by key was also very good as we got there 23:00 due to late flight

Our room was beautiful and absolutely spotless. We had a small problem with the room when we arrived, which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the very helpful young man on reception. Central location but rooms are quiet and peaceful. We had a great night’s sleep.

Fantastic in every respect. The rooms are in a great position, in the castle area so everything is close by, but it is calm and quiet for sleeping. Our room was exceptionally good - imaginative lighting, beautiful renovation, spacious bathroom, huge bed with quality bed linen and lots of attention to detail. Also spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend Petrol suites.

Great customer service from staff. Cleanliness I would say is a top priority for this property.The room was absolutely spotless. Petrou Suites is located right in the heart of Ioannina making access to everything very easy. I would fully recommend this property for short and long stay and will definitely use again in future.

Staying in the Ioannina castle is an experience on its own. The room itself was spacious, clean and with an amazing shower.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s located inside the castle so it’s near to all the points of interest. It’s full of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was really polite and welcoming, which made our stay very pleasant.
