We arrived early for check-in, which was no problem. I asked if I could check out later, and that was also fine. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were very good. The pool was wonderful. I recommend it.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, the staff were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us the details of local takeouts in case we wanted to order. The swimming pool is a huge plus and we made good use of it.

Didn't have the option to sit and eat breakfast in the hotel as only cater to large groups but we did get the choice of takeaway delivery service to our room or pool which was really quick and good

We had the bungalow. Loved the unexpected large space, and balcony size. Oh and the view was excellent. Large fridge that you can stock up, and spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally any request we had has been fulfilled without a flinch.

As is a hotel intended for summer, the only source of heating is air-condition. So I had to use the air-condition to heat up the room the whole night, as it was cold. The same have done the rest of residents in the hotel. But all air-conditions external devices were extremely loud and it was hard to have a proper sleep. No restaurant or a bar to get a coffee or something. They have provided a brochure to order coffee etc online from external bakery but when decided to order never replied to my calls for some reason.

The staff telling lies: my son was seriously ill (antibiotics needed) and the receptionist told us that because august 15th is national holiday, the hospital was closed (!!!!!!!!) And we needed to wait for the next day for "their private doctor" to come. She also said that all the shops were closed and that we had to buy from "their delivery service". Our luck, we did not listen to her, went to the hospital, then to the shops and got what we needed. Dirty room: On arrival (same bloody august 15th) We had to wait 24 hours to get our room cleaned: we fount grapefruits on the floor and unidentified brown splatters on the bathroom wall (excrements? Vomit? I don't know...). Coming from a long trip by car, we couldn't even take a shower for 24 hours waiting for room service...

I don't like leaving poor reviews, but I feel very disappointed with this hotel and obliged to inform others what to expect. Firstly, the room (bungalow) is very dated with old furniture and a bit of an unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a constant smell of the drain, and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a very long time. Beds in the main bedroom were comfortable, but unfortunately, the single ones in the other room were as hard as concrete, and we had to ask for mattresses to be changed ( we only got mattresses topper from housekeeping). We were told by the receptionist that the room would be cleaned daily and linen and towels were changed every 3 days, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We had to remind them to get it done. Cleaning of the room was very disappointing, and it felt as if housekeeping had just made our beds without cleaning floors or the bathroom. Rooms was constantly full with ants and other crawly creatures. All in all very disappointing.

The room was spacious and had a good view. The pool is good size and not overcrowded.

The description says breakfast is served on the veranda, there is no breakfast included unless you are with a tour group. You can order and pay for breakfast to be delivered to the hotel the night before.

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful!
