We had a great stay in Perissa at Philoxenia Villas. Check in was very fast, friendly and easy (and we were an hour early too). The room was quite comfortable. The bed was fantastic! The hotel is located very close to the beach and main centre (a few minutes walk). There is also a number of supermarkets within a few minutes walk Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool suitable for any time of the day. Rooms always clean and tidy. The owners offers a taxi service Highly recommend!

The kitchen equipment wasn’t great unfortunately. Only one sauce pan and no cooking utensils. Could do with a little frying pan and fish slice or something. No sponge or tea towel but staff did clean every day.

Such a gorgeous cosy cottage feel. Warm and friendly staff. Pool was a lovely temperature and with a deep end of 2.4 metres was perfect. Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. The owners were always busy cleaning around everywhere and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was cute, toasts Jams watermelon, coffee, croissants. Little stocked bar next to the pool too.

It is a beautiful place, clean and very maintained. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. It's calm and very pleasant to be around the swimming pool and the beautiful trees and plants. The beach and the restaurants are very close, and a little shop just nearby. It's definitely a place where to come back!

We're really pleasantly surprised. Very warm / friendly owners , smiles never left there faces. Good size room . Beautiful pool area. Loads of bars , places to eat and Beautiful beach just 5 min walk. Free huge parking in front of property. Definitely you will not regret staying there in this price range , others we saw around don't compare. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

No complaints would have preferred a room with a better view and the balcony was very small

The bathroom was extremely small.

Place was lovely and in the best location. Bed was large and comfortable. Room a good size with a patio area. Staff were extremely helpful and there whenever you needed them.

The facility is located in the heart of Perissa 5/10 min away on foot from the beach. The owners were very welcoming and gentle. The flat was comfortable and with a tiny balcony in the front which my wife and I used to have some drinks before dinner. Overall, absolutely recommended +++

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. It is like a peaceful oasis within walking distance of several restaurants, and the beach, there is a grocery store right next door and a gorgeous bakery just a few mins walk away. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and the pool was lovely and the perfect size. I would highly recommend this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

The bathroom was definitely on the basic side, but appropriate for the price.

The facilities were basic, but completely fair for the price. We were only really using the location as a base, but did sit around the pool for a few hours as well. Lots of pubs, restaurants and tours pickup locations in easy walking distance.

The shower was not great, very small and you couldn’t move without bumping the shower curtain or tap. The wifi was also hit and miss.

Great location in Perissa. Our room was clean and spacious. The balcony was great and our bed was so comfortable! The hotel offered transport to/from the airport and port for a reasonable price. The pool area was lovely, had comfortable lounges and lots of them. Beers at the pool were a reasonable price too. As a family run business, everyone was so lovely and kind.

Typical for Greece but when using the shower the bathroom became very wet.

The property has a lovely feel to it and is very nicely decorated around the pool area with lots of trees, plants and paintings. Philoxenia is run by a family who are very welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was very good for Perissa beach and also the bus stop to Fira and Oia. It is also next door to a shop whixh was perfect. Whilst the hotel was booked out it was not too busy and there was definitely no fighting for a sun bed! I would definitely stay here again.
