What to say other than amazing. The most beautiful and private setting. The staff were all incredible. From Katerina to Panos and George. Sincerely good humans with exceptional attention to detail. The food, cocktails, staff and everything else is the reason we will be coming back again and again.

While there is no restaurant onsite, the food served in the room was delicious and recommendations for local restaurants were readily available. While this property is on the 'quieter' side of the island, that was exactly what we were looking for away from the busy tourist spots!

North MacedoniaThe hotel is in an area where there isn’t much to do, so I recommend renting a car. The property has free parking, and you can explore the area and even visit Fira at night.
A perfect stay if you want to experience luxury with the best possible view. Possibly one of the best stays in Santorini, featuring a private heated pool. The breakfast is delicious and tasty, served in-room, and you can request a floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. The sunset is breathtaking.

AustraliaPhos The Boutique felt like the softest most luxurious place to land to celebrate our honeymoon. The quiet setting of Akrotiri provided a relaxing contrast to the busy streets of Oia and Fira, but still close enough we easily could hop from town to town. Adonis and his team took care of our every need, they made restaurant reservations where we enjoyed the best seat in the house - simply because we were guests at Pho’s. We planned our days around the most incredible breakfast spread, enjoyed on our private deck looking across the Caldera to the Santorini cliffs. Our rooms were impeccably clean, the pool immaculate and the bed provided us with the best night sleep we’ve had in a long time. If you want to the experience the sights and speed of Santorini but still enjoy the still and quiet of a luxury getaway, this is the perfect destination. If you wake early enough you can experience the most incredible sunrise from your private pool.

FranceThis boutique hotel is meant for those, who needs a comfortable and quiet place for private holiday. We enjoyed the sun, the view to the sea and mountains covered with white houses (from our "own" swimming pool) and excellent service ... without seeing crowds of tourists. Whatever we needed, was organized by the personnel of the hotel: always caring, polite and smiling. Breakfast is rich and tasty with the touch of Greek cuisine. Impressive: as we have special diets, the breakfast menu was every day adjusted (in fact, prepared) to meet our needs. We were so happy during our stay, feeling like at home, that left with the hope to come back.

Phos could easy be one of the absolute best Hotel in Santorini. Phos is levels above what is usually offered, the standard is very high and friendly. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished and it is a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely service minded and always just a call away. At Phos, you feel very welcome the moment you enter the hotel door. The location is fantastic if you want peace and a great view over the caldera, its very pictorial and there is a nice calm in the hotel. The breakfast and the food is delicious. It is recommended with a rental car for a greater experience , Phos will arrange this. It is very easy to stay at the hotel all day long and just hanging out with wife . Absolutely highly recommended for guests who expect a higher but also more relaxed atmosphere.
