- minor point : for English speakers not many channels for kids (for the quiet periods in the room), no ability to cast from your phone like some hotels now offer (so you can use your own subscription channels) - very very minor point - clearer was super friendly, but clean looked rush on 1 of our 10 days. Otherwise fine. - be careful, some rooms have very small balconies for a family suit (table and 2 chairs but room for 4)

- staff were excellent. Really friendly - special acknowledgement for my birthday (unsolicited) - entertaining events most evenings - Beach was clean and lifeguards took their jobs seriously - free parking

The cleaning part. The room was not 100% cleaned, a bit mopping and that’s all. We had a lot of ants & mosquitos in the room. One day the room was not cleaned at all … and many times the cleaning team came into the room while we were inside .. The team with the activities consisted of non Greek speaking people . WiFi was not working at all!

Beautiful location, excellent beach (although many days was wavy). The restaurant personnel (especially the yallos restaurant) was very helpful and polite ! The team that handled the kids club and the sport activities was super good! Very good with the kids, very nice shows at night, all day long activities for all ages ! Great variety at buffet - flexible hours for breakfast & dinner !

The double bed in our room kept on separating and rolling away. The baby cot we requested was really complex to operate. Also, i wish they had more activities

The breakfast and dinner was really good. There were a variety of food and different restaurants with specific cuisines. I like the big pools and also the hotel looks really nice. The activities for kids were also amazing. The staff was really friendly, helpful and also caring. Their English and German is really good.

The breakfast would be excellent if it weren't for the drinks: unacceptable. The juices are of inferior quality and the coffee machine is not at the expected level. the wifi is not always working properly and not so easy to access. the airdryer in the room is old and sub standard

Wide, spacious, comfortable. Plenty of food and choices for breakfast and dinner. Relaxing pools and a wonderful position at sea.

The international restorant Is very crouded and noisy. Unpleasent to sit and eat there. Water pressure in The shoer Is week.

The main facilities were in good condition, but often the bathrooms weren't completely clean or the floor was wet for days. During the hot days, the AC in the Public areas was weak so you have to get used to being hot.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The pools were nice and clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds and a nice patio to sit out on.

The “twin bungalow” was actually a double bed with a separate sofa bed, not a twin room in the true sense

Huge resort with excellent facilities. 3 pool areas, beach area, tennis court, football facilities, pretty much everything you could possibly need. Food was very good , half board is a massive benefit.

The mattresses weren’t great quality

Excellent facilities for all the family. Staff were really fantastic. Therapist in the spa was one of the best I have ever had for a deep tissue massage. Excellent value for money

Very well presented resort. Staff excellent especially evening reception team and Stavros in Greek restaurant - great host. Food excellent. A calm feeling to the place to relax. Beach through tunnel excellent. Room huge (panoramic) maid service 100% good - large balcony needed extra furniture - sun loungers added on request. Nice beach walk to town.

There is a major road going through the middle of the resort which causes a lot of external noise especially at night

The beds weren’t the style that we like (even when they replaced to hard mattresses it wasn’t comfy enough).

The beach was great! Even though we were staying at the far side of the resort it was close enough and is great. Although the hotel was full it didn’t feel like it (maybe in one dinner) there are plenty spaces to chill and enjoy with the little ones .

A bit on the pricey side compared to other options, especially on the pricing of alcoholic mixed cocktails.

it wasn’t peak season when we visited (end of May, beginning of June) but on multiple occasions we had to queue for dinner or wait for service. i

The food was amazing with many choices. There were organised football sessions which my kids enjoyed but every day there was something to do. in addition, the pool and beach are beautiful and clean.

Personal was quite cold, badly organized lines in the restaurant. Particularly child animator was not on his spot and probably not very fiteable to work with children

just to be really picky, the mattress was bit on a hard site for my liking. also disappointed that you couldn’t get free drinking water and had to keep buying bottled water, beside the cost, it is all the wasted plastic bottles that I don’t agree with

what a beautiful resort. great facilities, clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds, great beach, never felt crowded or noisy, very friendly and attentive staff. The management and staff know how to run a hotel.

using the app to book tables in the restaurant meant you had to be quick and remember to get tables.

The bed was uncomfortable (very hard), they bascially gave you a thin bed sheet as the blanket. We ended up using our robs as extra blankets. We had issues with our door lock. The food at the buffet is basically all frozen/ reheated food, and anything else you have to pay extra for. We tried the beach bar and the food was mediocre at best. For the price you pay for the rooms, it is just not worth it at all. If you dont have children who need constant entertainment I would not reccomend staying here. You need a car or taxi to get around because outside of the hotel nothing is walkable.

How large the room was, but we paid for delux panorama suite so it fits with what we paid for (which was not cheap)

Horrible food. The whole resort is way too big, way too many people. Food is just disgusting, especially breakfast. Really bad value for money.
