The place was immaculately clean, which we truly appreciated. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always reachable. The location is great—close to the city center and shops, yet still peaceful. The private parking was a huge plus, especially in this city where parking can be challenging. Overall, a perfect stay, and we would definitely return!

I have stayed in various places around the world for years, but I have never met such a host. Perfect would not be enough for Roula. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The location of the house is very good, you can reach the central street in 5 minutes, there is a private parking area, which is very convenient. Everything has been thought of in the house, even the smallest details from sewing kit to ice pack. The host also left drinks and snacks in the fridge for us. I am in the last months of my pregnancy, and when you are pregnant, bed comfort, room temperature, and home comfort can be much more important. I felt very comfortable in all of these. If I come to Alexandroupoli again, I would like to stay in this house directly. Thank you for everything!

- Quiet neighborhood with a park right across from the apartment. The park also had a playground for the kids. The port and the City center was also within walking distance. - Parking was readily available in the neighborhood but the apartment also had its own dedicated parking space right below offering ease of access. - Cozy apartment which was beautifully decorated and well furnished. It had a functioning kitchen sharing space with a small living room as well as a nice bedroom. Although it was on the 1st floor, an elevator was also available for further accessibility. - One of a kind host who contacted us from the beginning to arrange our arrival as well as daily updates on our stay. She ensured the apartment was good to go upon our arrival, with welcoming drinks and a basic complementary breakfast. The apartment also had all basic amenities you could think of so we had no reason to go out and buy anything other than our own consumables.

We had the warmest arrival ever. The host,Roula was amazing. She had a whole itinerary ready for us beforehand and it literally felt like we are staying at her own home. The property was exceptional, 3-4 minutes walking distance from all hotspots in the city. She had provided any utility you might need for your stay, very clean, very cozy and extremely comfortable. Parking spot for our car was available right in front of the entrance of the building. Definitely a great deal and pleasant experience.

Everything was perfect, Roula is the best host and did everything to make me feel good and confortable! The location of the flat is great, close to the beach and close to anything you need, good WiFi, very clean flat, good air conditioning, I can't say anything else than: Thank you very much Roula! This will be my choice anytime I come to Alexandroupolis!

- Beautiful apartment with many amenities. It is very well located and there is a personal car park just below the building. The manager, Roula, is a great character. Gave us directions and hotspots in the vicinity before asking. He greeted us with a big smile. He took the time to show us around the apartment. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The two balconies were beautiful and large. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. We had a great holiday. There was some noise from the construction across the street. I am sure they will be done before we stay here again next season.

It is a lovely apartment, with lots of amenities. It is very well situated and there is a personal parking right below the building. The manager, Roula, is an amazing character. She provided us with the directions and hotspots of the vicinity before we asked, and greeted us with a big smile even though we made her wait for an hour to pick up the keys. She took her time to show us around the apartment. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The two balconies were nice and very large. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, the bathroom was clean and convenient.
