The building entrance is odd and unwelcoming and the entry instructions need to be more clear. Once inside and up to the apartment, everything is great.

Very difficult to find, complicated entry system very scruffy entrance hall and lifts. Minimal facilities for deluxe apartment, no milk for coffee no water and no nice bathroom products

It was great these are just my suggestions to make it more luxury style: Supply milk for the coffee. A bigger selection of tea and bottled water would be a nice to have for the price, along with menus for local food delivery.

Clean, contemporary apartment with huge wraparound balcony. Sparkling bathroom and spacious master bedroom. Netflix was enabled so we didn’t need an account. It was a very easy walk to the port - 10mins. Easy to get keys through lockboxes. Very quiet and a lovely view. A great place to overnight for your ferry if you don’t want to do the super cheap and run down local hotels.

We did not need anything else. All was good.

We got stranded in Athens for another 2 days due to strike in Greece, and so we booked this apartment 30 minutes before arriving to Piraeus. It was great, everything that we needed. Was easy to navigate, close to shops, restaurants and the Port. Was very comfortable.

Very awkward check-in process. Finding the lockbox on the outside of the building was quite difficult. Old dated entry. Furniture in the apartment is old and not in good condition. Marks all over the walls. I would not say this is a "luxury" apartment.

Accessing the property is the problem, it was late at night and I was down on my hands and knees on a dirty Piraeus pavement trying to operate the key safe (which has just been padlocked to some nearby railings) in the dark. The foyer, lift and upper landing are in poor decorational condition (the lift didn’t inspire confidence) and then more faffing was necessary with another key safe was required to finally get the actual apartment door keys. We’re all for the reuse of existing buildings in this way but the entrance sequence has to be addressed here.

The apartment itself is brand new, clean and attractive in a good location. Access and check-in are not good.

Getting access to the apartment was very inconvenient. Lockbox with keys was on the ground, attached to basement window bars outside the building. Then, using those keys we gained entry through 3 differently keyed doors into the building. Then, once at the apartment door, there was another lockbox with the apartment key inside. One of the beds was awful…mattress was very worn and sunk very deeply in the middle. There was only enough hot water for 2 showers. Despite waiting several hours, we didn’t get hot water again that night or even the next morning. The host wasn’t helpful regarding this problem.

No toaster, coffee maker didn’t work well, no current maps or information on the area. No tram schedule or tourist information in English. The entrance to the building was terrible. No information on sites or where to buy groceries.

Extremely difficult to locate and you are sent a long list of instructions from the host where you are almost sent on a treasure hunt to locate keys and access the property. Not ideal when arriving in a foreign country and also late at night. The host was only accessible via WhatsApp.
