Our shower head was broken and didn't attach to the wall properly, nothing a bit of DIY couldn't fix. But bathrooms could do with an update really.

Had a lovely stay here. We had a room upgrade to the swim up rooms and it absolutely made our week. Thank god for the upgrade as we wished we had reserved that room. The pool gets busy but there was always a bed available. Breakfast is pretty good and prices at the bar and snack bar were very good if you're not on all inclusive. The room is slightly tired and does look more plain that the photos however completely comfortable and great size. Location is great, close to everything.

Expensive Prada sun glasses where stolen from our room. We informed reception about theft, but they could not help us. We wrote an email to manager of the hotel regarding the case, but we never received reply from the manager. We called to hotel, they told that they will inform manager about the accident, but we still did not get any reply. That is very unprofessional. We dont think that it was hotel staff that took the glasses, it could be some other guest, as our room had a terrace with direct pool access. Be careful with Your personnal belongings in the hotel area. We enjoyed our stay in Planos, but this accident made us very sad..

The room was in my opinion too narrow for 3 people and the furniture and some bathroom installations were too old and in need of replacement.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to please the guests when asking them for something. The place was also very clean and there were always enough sunbeds for the guests.

The hotel is small which made for a pleasant quiet stay, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for the hot afternoons. Food was delicious, walking distance to the beach. Hotel was cleaned everyday if needed and bottles of water replenished everyday which was a plus.

Bathroom in some rooms very small, having to sit sideways on toilet and up against the wall. We manage to change rooms and thankfully could to a bigger bathroom. Courtesy room was awful , dirty and very hot & uncomfortable.

In the bathroom there is only one shower gel, but the hotel has only 3 stars. This is something can be improved later.

The location of the hotel is near local bars and restaurants and 3 min of walk to the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had all inclusive - it is really worth, also cocktails were in the list. Everything was tasty and various. Tidying of our room was good and conducted daily. The hotel has parking near the main entrance. As a bonus hotel also provides beach towels..Our stay was pleasant and unforgettable, many thanks to all staff. During the day, you can ways find sunbeds available - perhaps we were before high season (end of June - start of July)

Bathroom was not proper cleaned, and would reccomend fixing them up. Tiles were missing and dirt here and there. Had to complain 2 times before it got to "living" conditions. Was told that they would do a deep clean both times, but first time mirror were still dirty and there were still dirt on the floor.

The personel at Planos Hotel were amazing. Especially Thodoris in the bar and Johana in the reception and Despina, they deserve for sure an extra attention. Made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Very easy people to talk with about anything, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Always a big smile on them, and always ready to make sure your day will be good. Pool area was nice, close to both the restaurant and the bar, if you move a little in the day you can have sun from 09:00 to 19:30 with no problem. Food was good, so were the drinks. We ate all meals at the hotel for 3 out of 7 days, the 4 other we went out to eat dinner, rest we had at the hotel. Nothing to complain about there, everything was good. And to end, an extra thanks to Thodoris, Johana and Despina for making our stay so nice! You all made us feel so welcomed and at "home" down there :)

No room amenities. This was one time I needed hotel shampoo and conditioner and there wasn’t any. I thought it strange because this hotel had top notch everything else

The check in experience was not fantastic. Despite having booked months ahead and arriving well after the check in time, we were asked to wait for a period of time (maybe 20-30 mins) to finalise check in. After travelling for many hours and with lots of luggage, I felt this could have been handled in a more efficient way. I was also charged the accommodation tax of only 2 euros upon arrival. Would have preferred this be included in the initial charge to avoid extra transactions and fees.

The breakfast was outstanding. Some of the staff were also helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly, offering champagne upon arrival. The room is big and the wifi is good. There are also many swimming pools and sun loungers in the hotel. Breakfast is also delicious.

Very nice Hotel and especially friendly Personal. The room (premium with private Pool Access) was very nice and comfortable to stay with a child. Food was excellent, although we would have wished a bit more local greek food. We can definetely recommend to travel, also with children. Very great offering included in AI package.

The bathrooms definitely need to be updated especially for the money you pay. Our bathroom roof was full of mould so was the bath tub/shower. It also caters mostly for people who pay for all inclusive deals. Which makes you feel like an unwanted guest.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location at close to most things.
