The pool was amazing and the breakfast & dinner

The staff and service are top notch

The breakfast menu is the exact same and can get a little monotonous, especially if you're from Asia

I BOOKED AND PAID ONLINE AT 1.30 PM, I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT AROUND MIDNIGHT AND NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION KNEW ABOUT THE BOOKIG AND IT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO FIND IT, THE ROOM HAD NO VIEW AND NOT VERY CLEAN.

Had a lovely stay here. We had a room upgrade to the swim up rooms and it absolutely made our week. Thank god for the upgrade as we wished we had reserved that room. The pool gets busy but there was always a bed available. Breakfast is pretty good and prices at the bar and snack bar were very good if you're not on all inclusive. The room is slightly tired and does look more plain that the photos however completely comfortable and great size. Location is great, close to everything.

Our shower head was broken and didn't attach to the wall properly, nothing a bit of DIY couldn't fix. But bathrooms could do with an update really.

I had a wonderful stay in the swimup room at this hotel and was especially impressed by the warm and welcoming service provided by Maria. She made us feel truly at home with her kind and attentive attitude. Also the kind service of Emanuel at the bar. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant, and everything was perfectly organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay!

In may the swimmingpool is cold would be more comfortable if it was little bit heated. But it was still a good stay!

Expensive Prada sun glasses where stolen from our room. We informed reception about theft, but they could not help us. We wrote an email to manager of the hotel regarding the case, but we never received reply from the manager. We called to hotel, they told that they will inform manager about the accident, but we still did not get any reply. That is very unprofessional. We dont think that it was hotel staff that took the glasses, it could be some other guest, as our room had a terrace with direct pool access. Be careful with Your personnal belongings in the hotel area. We enjoyed our stay in Planos, but this accident made us very sad..

The staff was very friendly and always ready to please the guests when asking them for something. The place was also very clean and there were always enough sunbeds for the guests.

The room was in my opinion too narrow for 3 people and the furniture and some bathroom installations were too old and in need of replacement.

The hotel is small which made for a pleasant quiet stay, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for the hot afternoons. Food was delicious, walking distance to the beach. Hotel was cleaned everyday if needed and bottles of water replenished everyday which was a plus.

The bathroom was slightly older and worse for wear

The location was handy. The beds were comfortable. First room we were offered (we paid €679 for 2 nights) faced a cement staircase and a bin:/ We said we were underwhelmed and they changed us into a nicer room. Staff very friendly.

The toilet didn’t flush properly (even without any toilet paper being thrown in it). Had to use public toilet in basement far from room. Technician came to “fix” it and left the cistern lying next to the sink. It still didn’t flush either. Another guest also told us they had the same issue. This was the main reason for a stressful stay with a child. Breakfast was disappointing- rubbery eggs, expired fruit, wilted vegetables- we ended up eating breakfast out both mornings. There was dirty tissue floating in the private pool when we first got in. Hubby threw it away and we didn’t use it again.

Nice breakfast, free parking, big room, nice facilities

Poor wifi, cleaning was not so good and there was some noise in the room from the planes taking off from the aiport

Very good location, peaceful and only 5min from the beach or to the Main Street.

The people and service was amazing everyone was really nice and made you feel welcome

Breakfast was okay and there was a really loud noise of air conditioning or something in our room so that was kinda bad
