great three days at the hotel. A large selection of food, fresh and deliciously prepared. professional and friendly staff in the restaurant as well as the lobby bar, but the girls at the reception should be a little more hospitable. a plus for the management, who obviously cares a lot about cleanliness, especially in the restaurant, as well as making sure that the hotel's surroundings are nicely arranged. rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed and the minibar is replenished. good price-quality ratio, we will definitely come again.

The bed sheets were washed with floral fabric softener. The scent was so strong that we started sneezing.

The food was good value for money. Both small towns, Nea Pori and Platamonas, are 1.5 km away from the hotel in one direction, so you can take a pleasant stroll by the sea.

The hotel is in a wonderful place between two towns and the staff keeps it very clean. The food is excellent with traditional Greek spices (offer for vegetarians as well). A barbecue is organized every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The enough number of sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, which is regularly cleaned, although the reservation of sunbeds, which some guests continue to do despite warnings, should be prevented. The furniture is worn out and the rooms need to be modernized, but then the price of the accommodation would probably be even higher. I give the hotel a 9, although it deserves a 10 because of the staff.

The eastern Europe way of booking seats in the all inclusive area on the beach. Really bad that such a booking with towels is still allowed. Hope this is changed soon. The water park can take a renovation here and there.

The water park was great 😃😃 Kids were there from the morning till the evening. It was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day + new sheets+ towels.

Food. There’s a huge variety of dishes, but they taste the same, or rather tasteless food. Room cleaning is awful. We had 5-day vacation, and our room was cleaned only one time! It is very noisy in the corridor, it is impossible to sleep during the day. Alcohol drinks are only in the lobby. In the restaurant you can drink only local beer or wine, that’s all. So during the lunch you always have to go to the lobby for drinks by yourself. The same if you want to have some alcohol drink at the beach or swimming pool. It’s really uncomfortable.

As a take away lunch for a day trip we got a poor snack (a bun with salami and cheese, a bottle of water, some cake and fruit). I think this cannot be considered as lunch in the all inclusive form when it is really easy to pack some veg salad with meat in a lunch box, for instance. But still we got something. It would be good to get a new tennis equipment as the rackets and balls we got were really too old and damaged. I missed the beach volleyball area on the beach and I also think, that smoking on the beach should not be allowed especially when there are many kids around. But that is about people / guests of course.

I know the hotel from about 20 years ago, I loved it there that time already. I came back now to see how it's changed. I need to say that it's very nice, perfectly located, kids and family friendly and all the staff has been really kind. Everything clean and food really good. Thank you!

Entertainment zone and playground was very old and partly damaged, was not properly prepared for enjoying. Have to renew some equipment. Also part of furniture is old and not so comfortable. Splash area was not working.

Everything was perfect clean, room was comfortable. Staff ware so kind and polite. All animations team ware grate, very interesting, funny, especially Sonja.

Nothing really. I had a relaxing stay !

Spacious/Spotless clean room at 5th floor with fabulous sea view. The hotel is located in an ideal spot by the sea with nice beach. Nice gardens, and spectacular water park for the kids ! You can explore from this location both villages of "Platamonas" and "Neoi Poroi" and all the Pieria Riviera in general I had only "breakfast" and i have not opinion for the "All inclusive meals" BUT from the variety and the taste of the breakfast i can ensure you that must be...delicious !! Hotel personnel always with a smile. Hope to return in near future

Closer to the beach, food was excellent, pool was clean, staff maintains the hotel, free parking and available places to park, very good for little kids two different pools specially for kids to have fun.

They asked me to pay extra money for a 3 year old girl. Even though the hotel policies stipulate free stay for your child. So I had to pay the full cost for a 3 year old child.

In an all inclusive package you don’t charge for a chocolate croissant. Otherwise, you don’t have it in the options. The food options, especially outside the lunch and dinner time were so poor that didn’t worth it.

The cleaning ladies do a very good job to keep the hotel clean. Same for the restaurant staff that did whatever they could to have the tables clean and the area in a good shape.

outdated and broken furniture and fixtures, bathroom and some walls need a repaint and repairs, around the toilet something was smelling bad, the deck needs repairs, the fireplace needs repairs, the wallpaper needs some glue, the beach needs to be properly cleaned, the sunbeds need to be replaced

food was 1 star over normal all-inclusive, staff was very nice and friendly, cleaning crew was very nice
