Can’t fault anything. The staff were great. Very good value for money. We would recommend.

Rooms. Cleanness overall look of the room. The bathroom was horrendous it hadn’t been updated for years. Bathtub was hard to get into and out. Had to hold on for dear Life.

Great customer service, especially Didi and the other lady at the desk. All was wonderful and was a great location

The best host ever, 5 stars! A very nice lady who helped us with everything we needed. Amazing view , right in front of the beach, also very close to city center and restaurants.

Sewer smell from the bathroom that was strong. Bathroom was tiny. Shower we barely fit into and toilet was difficult to use as it was very tight space

The location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The smell in the room when it was closed all day. After being out all day the room smelt but this disappeared once we opened the windows and let in some air.

Ocean front although the beach in front is not the best, but it’s still nice to be in front of the ocean. Walkable to town. Didi at the front desk absolutely made our stay! She gave us the best recommendations for boat tours and restaurants.

Happy to have breakfast but it was very repetitive. Could be improved. Also bathrooms are tiny, but I was still happy to have a family room that had two separate bedrooms

Minor problem with the air con fixed efficiently It lacked only a pool but with the sea so close it didnt matter

We had a great time staying at the Plaza Hotel during our 2-night trip to Zakynthos with our family of 4. We stayed in a family room on the top floor, with 2 bedrooms and a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the sea — a true highlight of our stay Didi at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with local recommendations The hotel’s location is perfect — right in front of the beach and just a short walk from the center of Zakynthos town, which made everything super convenient We would definitely recommend the Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos Town!

The lady at reception was so helpful, got a man and explained all we should see on the island, breakfast was lovely, bed very comfortable

The receptionist Didi, she knows everything about what is best in the island. Every day she gave us the best advise, and everything was wonderful!

I did not understand if on the island they recycle the garbidge.

The sunrise view from our room was amazing! And we got a lot of help from the reception to plan our activities :)

Traffic noise from street below the balcony and constant building work nearby.

Comfortable room with lovely sea view.Comfortable bed. Lovely staff.Goid breakfast.convrnient to centre but also quiet.

Bathroom too small. breakfast could have more variety. Fresh fruit would be a good idea.

It's near to the beach, so you just need to cross the road. Didi and the other staffs were helpful. The hospitality was great. We loved it.
