We did not meet the hotel staff, stayed only one night, arrived late and left early. But they left us the keys and sent us a message where to get it, then we left it there again. The hotel is good, new, modern. The room is clean, pleasant, tidy. It's a small town, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. We were out of season, but I definitely recommend it for a stopover while traveling.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the touristic centre of Vasiliki. We appreciated terrace a lot. Nice room service and also very nice welcoming on the reception.

AC direction is at the bed so it’s not very practical, room we stayed at is very small. I must say that there is space to place AC in another direction. Location is not that good.

I must say that the cleaning lady did great job, it was super clean and she changed towels every day.

You have to bare in mind that the rooms are very small, we had to unpack everything as soon as we got there as there was no room to move. I would have appreciated if the wardrobe had shelves instead of hangers, but we managed. The AC was not working properly however it might have been also due to the extreme heat that we encountered in July; it leaked inside the room mainly in the mornings. Sometimes there is noise from scooters or garbage truck, but if you sleep with the windows closed, it is fine.

The room was ok, it had almost everything you need except for a coffee maker. The balcony is a great addition to the room and we liked it. Hot water was not an issue, we also had shampoo + shower gel in the room. The property is close to Vassiliki Port, in 3-5 minutes you are there. There is plenty of room to park the car in front of the property or nearby. We really liked that the rooms were cleaned daily and we also had our towels changed when we wanted.

The Ac seemed not to be working properly, but even though it was not that bad.

The property is located at 5mins walking from the seaport and all the taverns. The room was very tidy and the housekeepers cleaned it every day. Also, the towels and the sheets were refreshed at every 2-3 days. The breakfast was ok, with different types of pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheese and fresh fruits.

Although it was outside of the center and we expected it to be quiet, the garbage trucks that came around at 4 am were really noisy. Ear plugs are advised. The bathroom is rally nicely furnished however water goes everywhere because there is nothing to stop it.

The room was nicely furnished, with comfortable bed and pillows. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We liked that there were blinds to stop the sun and a net for the bugs. The free parking was definately a plus

There is absolutely no common areas or amenities.

Great cheap stay in a spacious, renovated room. Fresh and clean, very nice bathroom. Bed was quite ok. It's on a quite street, so no traffic noise. Also didn't hear anything from the other rooms during my stay (I'm very noise sensitive)

We ve got a free upgrade to a better room and we ere very happy about it. The noice from the street is impossible to avoid but you get used to it. Staff was nice and helpful, always ready for any question !

There's no reception in this establishment and the customer doesn't of it not until later. The customer should be informed through Booking.com's website

This establishment has no reception. The customer receives an email after the reservation notifying that the key is available at the desk of the Theoni hotel suites and spa. I didn't approve it. We had to pay double the price in order to stay at Theoni where there's reception.
