It could be a bit cleaner, location is 15 min walk from Pollonia and the road to get the is just sand or gravel.

The kitchen has only pretty basic amenities. Serviceable, but basic. The long road to the property is unpaved and narrow. It can be a challenge driving up and down the lane every day. I know it's just the style of bathrooms in many places in Greece, but I really don't like the bathroom floor getting all wet whenever someone takes a shower. The shower cubicle looks nice, but it doesn't do much in terms of keeping water off the floor.

The isolated location made this a great stay. Peaceful and quiet. There's a nearby beach that's perfect for a quick dip. The room was very tidy. There are nice trails right outside the door for taking short hikes. It's even possible to walk along the beach into Pollonia quite easily. The staff in the office in Pollonia were very helpful with any kind of information. Use their help. The best...BEST thing though was the sunrise. If you stay here, you have to make sure you wake up to see at least one sunrise from the balcony. It came up almost exactly between Kimolos and Polyegos Islands and faced directly at our balcony. Spectacular.

The terrain to get to the property is a bit rough and the walk to the village is not really doable (too hot during the day and too dark at night). The room was very basic, and the shape of the shower was such that the water would splash everywhere (the faucet couldn’t be moved and it was way too high for us). Also, there was always sand in the room.. our guess is that the cleaning staff didn’t take off their shoes when entering the room, so there always a bit of “crunch” when walking around the room barefooted (no slippers provided). The lack of a washing machine is the main issue if going to the beach every day, since beach towels do not get replaced regularly.

Waking up and opening the window over the beautiful blue sea is a fantastic feeling. Make sure you get a sea view room — otherwise I don’t think it makes sense to stay at this hotel.

Our TV never worked, we asked about it and they never got back to us which was quite disappointing. The communication could have been better. You have to meet in town to check in then they take you to the property- a minor inconvenience but it was still easy to do and they were still helpful!

it was a beautiful place just out of town but it felt relaxed because there isn’t much around. The place itself is big and you have water views!

Astonished by this accommodation. The view on the cliff side is incredible, and the room itself is so stunning and well laid out for such a comfortable stay. At first, I was worried about the location due to not having a car but the walk into town is very pleasant and not far at all (especially if you cut along the beach). The seclusion was wonderful and the perfect setting to sit back and take it all in. Still shocked at the low price and probably will not find better bang for your buck than here!

The floor was quite dirty. And although this is very minimal, we had to do our own bed every night since in the morning housekeeping would keep just the bottom sheet.

It felt very secluded, it was very cosy and it had all the amenities one could want.

There were no draws for clothing and shower gel seemed watered down and even ran out. For the price some tea coffee milk would hv been a nice touch. There was also a strange smell at times.

The road to the property is a bit of a drag.

The quiet location and view are unbeatable. On the inside, the room is upscaled and modern, which makes it very comfortable and convenient for either short or long stays. Loved it!

That it was far from everything so we hired a car rental. If you are going to stay here I would recommend to hire a rental. However if you like to take a long stroll in the morning for a coffee/breakfast it is a 20min walk to pollonia

I like the view from our room. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing. They pretty much had everything that we needed. The staffs were helpful of getting us a taxi from the port to the airbnb and for when we needed a ride to our kayaking tour in Firiplaka Beach early in the morning.

The view! Gorgeous sitting on the balcony or lying in bed looking at that blue ocean. Best for travellers looking for a peaceful place to relax. You can walk to town along the beach, but I highly recommend hiring a car for your stay. We have many great memories from Milos :)

The apartment is fantastic! We had a balcony the sea, perfect for breakfast and aperitivo:) 5 minutes walking to a nice beach with a bar and less than 5 minutes by scooter from Pollonia. Daily cleaning and always nice people!

No tea or coffee making facilities left and as I arrived late Sunday I couldn't get any.

A beautiful little place and so typically greek. The room was big and clean and the the view , amazing. It was very quiet and while on the opposite side of the town , it was a quick walk along the water to get to the town centre.

The view and decor were great! We were met in town and driven the 1.4km to the property. Location is remote and quiet which was a nice change and the walk to town is easy although it's a little far if its hot so you'll need to stop for a swim and drink at Hitana Bar halfway 😁 We had long lunches in town and meze on the balcony in the evenings enjoying the view. Was super clean and room was serviced daily.

Incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay. We loved waking up to the view of Polyegos and Kimolos islands and the waves crashing against the shore each morning. Staff were awesome and helpful, quality of the apartment was great. Walk to Pollonia was short & simple along the coastal path, however anyone with mobility issues may need to consider driving to the town.
