The property exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and is surrounded by a superb garden very well taken care of. The pool is also nice. The breakfast offers a large range of quality products, sweet and salty and changes something every day. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The beach is literally across the street.

Very clean, quiet, and good location. Close by foot but far enough from busy Sarti. The pool area and garden are very well maintained.

The hotel is great. From what I see, one of the best places in Sarti. It's very clean and comfortable. The spot is perfect not far from all of the bars but on a better, quiet place. Definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pontos in Sarti. I liked that it is a gated complex with a swimming pool that is open from 10 AM to 7 PM. It’s located in a quiet area, which is a big plus, especially with the parking spaces right in front – you don’t have to worry about where to park or if someone might scratch your car. The beach is perfect, just a one-minute walk away. You can reach the center of Sarti in about 10 minutes on foot, which is wonderful for evening walks, and again, the quiet location is a huge advantage. Our room with two bedrooms had a large balcony, which made the stay even more pleasant.The receptionist was very kind, and they offer additional day trips that you can book if you wish to go during your stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our next vacation and even stay for a longer time.

What I didn’t like was that one day we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and despite that, when we came back, the room had been cleaned. It’s not such a bad thing, they may have just not noticed the sign. Everything else was perfect.

The staff is very pleasant, and the hotel is very nice and clean.

Excellent location - close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful place at the same time very close to the taverns and shops of Sarti.

I want to mention that this review is strictly for Room 1 on the ground floor — I’m sure the hotel has better rooms, but I strongly recommend avoiding this one. The room had no window at all, we had to open the door to get some air. The bed was placed only about 10 cm away from the entrance to the bathroom, leaving no space to walk around it comfortably — it was practically impossible to get to the other side of the room without climbing over the bed. On top of that, there was a strong smell of gas in the bathroom, probably coming from the technical room next door — it was unpleasant and worrying. Also, none of the photos advertised online showed this room, so I felt misled by the presentation. Again, I believe the hotel has nicer rooms, but if you’re planning to stay here, make sure you don’t get Room 1.

Amazing garden - the gardener is amazing , good job ! Close to the beach , has parking . The turtles are well cared and nice . Has a place to wash sand off . Bed sheets were changed every 2 days and eveyday basic cleaning .

The bed sheets are very small compared to the bed size , you basically wake up on the matress . It mentions that is fully renovated on the website but i did not see that . The shower is made from window panels (YES made from windows) and leaks from its gaskets , old faucet . Bathroom was not cleaned well (spiders , dust , dirty toilet , smelly drain). At room 6 where we stay there was a bat nest (in the metal roof holders), where the outside clothes drier is fixed and they pooped on my beach towels and on the terrace floor every night . TV did not work all the time (weak signal). The breakfast was bad , we got cooked meat (sausages) only 2 times and then only eggs and pastry . At the private beach there are no prices displayed and i refused to stay there because of that . AND THE WORST THE AC UNIT IS LOUND AND VERY OLD , can't sleep at all with it on !

When we booked, we didn’t know the room would be on the ground floor. The photos on Booking.com show renovated and modern rooms, but ours was small, old, and had an unpleasant, musty smell. The fridge was very old and scratched, and the mosquito net didn’t work. Since the hotel is close to a canal, we had to keep the door shut to avoid mosquitoes – which made the room extremely hot, especially since the bathroom window didn’t open either. Cleanliness was below expectations.For our good luck we stayed only one night but for the price we paid the room was definitely not worth it
