We stayed at this hotel for one night before taking the ferry to the islands – the location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the port and right in the city center. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for the trip. A great experience overall – ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stop before heading to the islands. Highly recommended!

Wasn’t easy finding this place - maps is no help !! . Literally if we were told the entrance was in the middle of the gyros shop would had helped.

Very stylish and high quality the whole apartment. Best are the really soundproof windows. Super comfy beds and even a Nespresso coffee maker in equipped kitchen. Thanks a lot for the infos about check-in. Felt super welcomed and could take a good rest. Very convenient to reach the ferry.

Excellent stay in the heart of Volos! We had a wonderful experience at this apartment in the center of Volos. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, the waterfront. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. One big plus: convenient and affordable parking right next door. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on what to see and do in the area. We truly felt welcomed. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

One of the best ever places we have been. Perfect "position" in the town almost 10 steps by the seaside (where are all caffe) and about 5 minutes by the pedestrian zone (all shops and bars). The staff is more than gently and kind (they bought us new warm and clean towels in the same day after my fault in the shower). The room is modern, well decorated with a huge jacuzzi for 3 persons and a modern shower. Wifi is fast meanwhile the TV is big enough to watch by all room's posts. A big 10 to 10 by me and my wife. We wanna come again my friends. P.S. To don't miss understand (like ok they are friends and he is leaving a positive feedback) photos are the best and honest way to understand about the room.

Although the location of the property is on busy area, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. I was very impressed by the fact that there was an iron and ironing board( I like to iron my clothes before going out so that was a huge plus plus for me). The owner was very responsive and ready to assist us in case we needed anything. The property is very close to the ferry and for us was very helpful as we don’t have a car. Literally 5 minutes walk. We can’t more grateful. Thank you so much!

Narrow stairs without a handrail.

Spacious. Superbly appointed - even 2TVs ( bedroom and lounge) with Netflix and UTube. Everything new, top quality and in its place. Quiet, despite the central location and the taverna below. A short stroll from the ferry.

A few towel hangers in the bathroom would go a long way. The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator, making it hard for the elderly and the disabled. People with a suitcase would require help.

The whole suite is beautifully designed. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is huge and very well organized We haven't used the kitchenette but we think it can be very useful to someone staying more than one night

A little tricky to find as the entrance is in the middle of a restaurant.

Great location for hopping on to the Skiathos ferry and enjoying the Volos harbour bars and restaurants. Great hosts who really went the extra mile.
