Smoking everywhere...

We took the junior suite for 2 adults and 2 kids for 6 days. It was spacious, clean and offerer a separating door between the chambers. We enjoyed the food, especially the breakfasts. The pool was great, so was the private beach. The location was great, most beaches and islands in the area were an hour/half away. i highly recommend the place for families looking for a base camp for trips in Halkidiki

Everything! Location, water facilities, people, food..everything. The staff was very helpful, kind and especially the people at the restaurant - GREAT! This place is beautiful and has a special vibe. For sure. At the first glance I was not convinced about the place, but then I realised that it was one of the best sea holidays..)) Glad I came here. The sea water has rocks and the sand is not the finest. But if you take the needed shoes and some pair of water glasses, you will have an amazing experience discovering the sea world..)) A lot of beautiful fish in the water. Definitely recommend and hope to be back next years.. Thank you for this special holidays!

Our stay at this resort was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean.It got cleaned every day and it had all the necessary amenities. The food was very tasty and it had great variety.Every meal and day had different options.There were many dishes you could opt to choose(from traditional greek cuisine to international) and everything was of great quality and full of taste. You could get coffee and drinks from the bar throughout the whole day. The beach was very clean with crystal water. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! The beach was sandy and big but the sea inside is lined with a large flat rock- you cannot avoid stepping on it because the sea is also shallow. Bathing shoes might be helpful.

We stayed for a week. The room was comfortable. The swimming pool area very clean, pleasant and spacious. The absolute highlight was the food, with a lot of variety and unlimited healthy options. A real delight. Congratulations to the chefs. Generally the staff was always friendly and helpful. We could also use the tennis court until late in the evening as there is good lighting. There was live music by the pool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with various themes.

Not recommended for couples as mostly used by families. The resort is isolated in a beautiful location but no nearby restaurants or villages to visit (unless you drive). Evening entertainment is put on 3 times per week, meaning little to do after your evening meal.

Very friendly staff and management team. Large guest participation in hotel arranged activities. Authentic Greek cuisine and a good variety of food at the buffet. Ideal resort for families with young children. Finally, perfect location for relaxing and ideal if you like hiking and snorkeling!

We had a very relaxing holiday at the Poseidon Hotel Sea Resort. All meals were very tasty. There were both classic dishes and dishes specific to Greece, which was suitable for us as foreigners. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would visit again!

-the resort is surrounded by vegetation and with this come the mosquitoes. We were badly bitten the first evening, but used the spay afterwards. -the entertainment is very light, only 3 nights per week and one was cancelled. -on the beach, there are areas where you can only get in the sea using rubber shoes because of the blocks of rock which can be sharp and slippery.

This resort is just what you need for a nice, quiet family holiday. Here are few of the highlights: - spacious rooms with balconies -beautiful, well kept grounds -the food is very diverse , with plenty of fruit, salads, veggies and meat dishes and a pizza oven. - the bars serve good quality coffee -the private beach is 2 min walk through a shady alley -the sunbeds are free and we always found one no matter the time we went. Some are placed in the shade, under the trees. No nasty habit of leaving the towels on if not in use. - there is a bar on the beach -the pool opens at 10am, which keeps the resort quiet for the late sleepers - very courteous, respectful staff -a vast parking area

Location & Nature: The place is special in terms of nature conditions ( pure forest, blue flag sea, beach virgin area) for me one of the best in Halkidiki region. Nice forestal and seaside walking roads available. Beach dedicated and adorned with large old pine trees casting a tranquil, emerald shade that decorated the atmosphere. Aquarium sea with full variety of underwater wild life. Plenty of loungers available at both sea and poolside with good quality. Rooms: It was regularly well cleaned everyday. The room is very practical and you can find every item you need Bar, Buffet, Meals: Awesome! Good quality, great variety of foods,fresh options, a good mix of international and local specialties. Recreation: Latin nights and of course Greek Nights are adorable we had a lot of fun the groups were professional and very well prepared. Finally, We adored the facility, activities, nature but Poseidon Sea Resort People touched our hearts. The beach..... is not good for swiming for adults there are rocks and corali everywhere...

Everything was great, no complains

Location is spectacular. In the middle of pine and olive tree forest , full with oleanders, right next to an amazing "Blue Flag" beach, you will have a privacy and space to enjoy (something that is rare on Chalkidiki in the top season) . Just the location and the nature is worth your money. The personnel is very friendly and trying hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Place is clean, rooms are comfortable and well spaced for a holiday stay. You get " All inclusive" , so do not expect Michelin Star quality food, but the food is very decent and you have been offered a good variety of typical Greek dishes, in combination with other stuff. If you want better food you can go to a restaurant in Neos Marmaras or Porto Koufo.

The drinks at the bars could have been of better quality and less watered down. The beach is not very good as the sand is coarse and the shallows are rocky and with a lot of seaweeds. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could be a bit better maintained. There were a lot of rusty elements and not well fastened pieces.

First of all, I have to mention the food. The quality was excellent for a block table. Excluding the breakfast, where every day the choices were the same, the variety of foods was mesmerizing and every day there were different choices to explore. The pool bar and the beach bar were well staffed and rarely had a queue. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained too The staff is super friendly and polite, I loved interacting with them.

There was a technical problem one day and the water was stopped, both warm and cold. Not fun if this happens while in the shower... but they remediated it in 30 mins and they provided a dozen bottles of water to compensate.

The beach has very coarse sand, which is annoying underfoot. I think they need to bring fine sand because it is not a natural beach. There was a lot of seaweed.
