All the facilities need renovation. The food in the restaurant was with poor quality. No diversity. In 2023 the food was great, with traditional meals and fresh fruits and salads. Quite noisy guests, noise from staff services between 14:00-16:00. The sunbeds on first line at the beach were occupied 24h. No hot water in the evening.

The food was quite tasty, but the diversity of dish choice is quite poor, especially that is about fruits. I´d say, on this criteria is maximum 3 stars hotel. Anyway, I believe, everyone won't be hungry after visiting the restaurant.

A great location with perfect beach across a road. The hotel offers free sun umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach. The room was on quite clean though a small renovation would have been nice. The staff is perfect.

Parking was a small problem (we were in low tourist season), but there will be a big problem in high season. Choose your rooms well, and must get a balcony. Otherwise, "garden view" is a overstatement... You view is concrete block wall. THERE IS PROBLEM WITH BOOKING INFORMATIONS! Be sure that you choose room WITH BALCONY! "Family rooms" do not have balcony, and garden view is only a wall.

Big, clean rooms! Daily cleaning service! Great location, next to the beach. Sunbeds were good quality and the sunscreens were new. The street dividing the hotel from the beach is not busy. The food was plentiful, typical, central Macedonian type. Variety of fried and fresh salads. Spices were nice and there was vegetarian variety. Some gests didn't find it tasteful, but for me, it was good (considering the price).

Perfect situated next to the beach. Extremely clean room. Tapotaverna Stamatis next door was one of best restaurants tried in Greece. Amazing sunsets. The Water is not shallow and is hard bottom. Too overcrowded and Romanian gusts are shouting and speaking loud and invading the pool and soft furniture next to beach. Food was good , especially beef dinners.

The beds were quite uncomfortable. The photos set our expectations high so we were disappointed when we saw the hotel in person as it was much more cramped.

The property’s location was amazing as it was right in-front of the beach. The pool was a pleasant temperature and the selection of meals were impressive.

Food was not always tasty and wasn't big choise, comparing to similar hotels in Greece(comparing to 3 or 4 strars hotels where we have stayed before). Always giving cheap quality food, drinks, toilet paper...

Location is very close to the sea and easy to reach nearby shops. Staff is helpful, kind and work hard.

WiFi was terrible. Food had not enough options and 90% of options are pork, which I do not eat. Very low range of drinks. I paid All-Inclusive package, and they dont offer any fruit juice for kids although they have "soft drinks in the list" the offer only soda drinks, coffe or alcoholic drinks.

The bathroom it is really old and dirty. Bathroom curtains and taps were disgusting. They didn't change the breakfast for a week.. All the food was poor and nothing healthy.

Absolutely not worth it – avoid this place When we arrived, the staff greeted us in a very rude and unprofessional way. During check-in, they demanded €88 in cash, written only with a pen, and I received no receipt or proof of payment. This was supposedly a charge for our second child (3 years old – twins who sleep with us anyway). The room itself was terrible: extremely old, ugly, and with a horrible stale smell. The bedsheet was full of hairs, and I had to beg the cleaning staff to finally change it. The balcony was unsafe — the wooden railing was completely broken, which is dangerous for children. When I asked to change the room, the reception staff mocked me and said: “You booked through Booking, we can’t do anything. If you don’t like it, leave.” They gave me a phone number to call, but nobody ever answered (it was a number from Thessaloniki). When I asked for the manager, they just laughed again and told me: “Manager for rooms? Ha ha, if you don’t like it, feel free to leave.” In the end, I had to accept the situation, but it was outrageous to pay €300 per night for 2 adults and two 3-year-old kids for such a dump. The only decent part was the food. It wasn’t very tasty, but at least the kitchen staff tried hard to make sure meals were served warm and properly. The juice was terrible (better not to serve it at all), but the rest of the food was acceptable. Unfortunately, the rooms and the reception staff were absolutely awful — this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel.

Absolutely nothing – a terrible hotel, it cannot even be called a hotel, it’s simply NOT a HOTEL, and certainly not 4 stars. The rooms are terribly bad, very old, far from the beach. We were accommodated in old houses on the 3rd floor with small children, right next to the main road, not near the beach. The staff? I don’t know if they were nationalists or simply programmed not to smile or just to hate the guests. Reception – terrible, they don’t want to help with anything.

Initially placed in a semi basement room with moldy odor, wife got sick after first night buffet dinner. Room doors and keys didn't work properly. Room shutters had no latches and balcony door screen was shredded and in need of repair. Pool was ice cold, jacuzzi at pool was also ice cold with no visible way to start jets. Breakfast and dinner buffets were disappointing. Will not be going back, ever.

The food is not diversified… very poor… maybe good enough for vegetarians…. If you have kids the will never get something different then pasta…very poor food no desert at all and only watermelon or apple as fruit.

The location is great! The water is so clear.. you can see the fish swimming in the water.
