We were unpleasantly surprised that during our 7-night stay, there was no cleaning service, and neither the bed sheets nor the towels were changed even once. The house has four bedrooms, but only one of them (the smallest, a children’s room) has air conditioning, which is a serious issue during August in Greece. There is an air conditioner in the common area. The water heater turns off automatically, so after returning from the beach, you need to wait to have hot water. I’m not really sure the price reflects the quality of the service provided. I wouldn’t return.

The location of the house is good, with a panoramic view of the sea, and it has two nice verandas.

There are few small things that should be fixed in order to be more comfortable, including better beds and pillows. Two terrace doors should be fixed so they can be closed properly.

Good appliances and location of the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. The host was very good and helpful. Spacious rooms and terraces are big plus.

We booked this accommodation expecting a 4-bedroom villa, as advertised. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property was in fact split into two separate units: a one-bedroom studio and a three-bedroom house, each with its own entrance. This arrangement is not what was presented in the booking description and made the stay far less convenient for a family. More seriously, the property had several safety hazards. The fence surrounding the courtyard was broken and inadequately repaired. Given that the villa is located on a hillside with an approximate 50-meter drop at the edge of the property, this posed a significant risk, especially for children. For this reason, we could not allow our kids to play outside safely. Inside the property, multiple electrical outlets had been pulled out of the walls, creating another safety concern. In addition to these issues, there was a broken pipe leaking water into the garden when we arrived, further showing poor maintenance. The kitchen was also completely unequipped — there were no utensils of any kind provided, making it impossible to prepare meals as one would expect in a villa rental. When we attempted to raise these issues directly with the property, the response we received was dismissive – we were told to take the matter up with Booking.com. We did contact Booking customer service, provided photo evidence as requested, and were assured of a timely follow-up. Unfortunately, no solution or assistance was ever provided. In summary, this property does not match its advertised description, is poorly maintained, and has clear safety risks. Combined with the lack of accountability from the hosts, I cannot recommend this accommodation and would strongly advise other travelers to avoid booking here.

1. Beachfront, doesn't mean you can only see the sea, but also a facil access to the beach. The house is situated on a hill, you need a good physical condition to reach the beach. There is a wild beach near - the access is very difficult, but be advise that there are sea urchins, you need special shoes. The access to the Posidi beach can be done via 2 ways: a direct one through a small grove of trees but is very often used as a public WC- don't recommend it, or via a more long route full of dust from other cars. YOU SHOULD NOT CONSIDER OR PAY FOR THIS HOUSE AS BEACHFRONT. 2. Although the accommodation says 4 bedroom villa, IS IT NOT. The house consist of 4 separate apartments, 2 x one bedroom and 2 with 3 bedrooms. If you rent the 4 bedroom villa, you will get a half of the house(see picture) (On the ground floor there is an apartment with 1 x living room, 1 bedroom, on the first and 2nd floor another apartment with 3 bedrooms. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THESE 2 APPARTMENTS, ONLY THROUGH EXTERIOR STAIRS.- so it was not good for 2 families of 3) This leads to a major problem: we like quiet locations, but when have 10 x neighbors of 20+ years this is something impossible to achieve. Therefore one week of our 16 nights stay was a NIGHTMARE. The walls are thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do. IF YOU LIKE TO RELAX THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR YOU! 3. In 2 bedrooms there are no closets, only some hangers, although there is room for these. 4. We were told that the cleaning is once at every 4 days, but in our 16 night stay, the services were provided only twice, the 2nd one only when I contacted the host to ask about it. No garbage bags, no toilet paper (only 4 roles per apartment). These are not expansive, I really don't get it why it was not provided, this should be a must for all accommodations. Overall, STAY AWAY as you will not get what you expect/were told. We got the feeling that we were scammed.....

4 bedroom villa The view from 3 rooms is amazing. (the best one is in one of the picture attached) We could leave at 12.00AM, so 2 hours late checkout which meet our plane schedule.

The lies and disrespect of the management. They sent us in villa wich wasn't the one that we rent-there aren't two sofa specious living room-small egly sofa for two stucked next to dining table with broken exterior chairs.Noisy toilets.NO FURNITURE or WARDROBEs where to put the clothes !!! - the double bedroom at the 1st floor is actually only suitable for kids but is not mentioned anywhere in the description - the grass in the garden was burned by the sun and not maintained at all - location: far away for any suitable for kids beach, the one that is close actually it is quite dangerous to get there and there are plenty of rocks once you reach it - the stairs in the house are super dangerous for kids as well - the room at the second floor is also super small (suitable only for 1 kid in my opinion) - the terrace was to clean and it was durty - hot water: you need to remember to switch on on every 30 mins a central heating manually
