Very nice and helpful staff, clean, big enough room.

Wifi wasn't working well.

When we arrived the staff we unaware of our stay and we had to wait in the car for them to prepare the room. They were however all nice and apologetic about it. Boy were we in for a surprise though! The ceiling and walls were full of squidges from dead insects. Corners had live spiders and webs. When you turned on the AC, literally hundreds of dead flies fell out of it as the swing opened. I spent the first 30 minutes killing the mosquitos the room was full of - there were 4 musquito repellents in the plugs so obviously an ongoing issue. Beds and matresses were fortunately clean. The bathroom floor drain had old hair in it and was overflowing - there was bathroom mat covering it which was already soaking wet when we checked-in. You had to wear flip flops in the room and avoid touching stuff as it simply felt so dirty, even the wardrobe had some brown stuff splashed over it - we woke up at 7am the next day and ran for our lives. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend haha.

The place was quiet and with the nice pool and good outdoor rest area.

The Internet connection was very poor, and the property does not provide soap, shampoo and the shower gel.

It's great that you can pay for your stay when you arrive and air con is available. Great host and nothing is too much trouble.

Location was great, peaceful and quiet with stunning views. Pool and pool area really clean. What made our stay was the staff, particularly Helen who couldn't do enough for you, an absolutely lovely woman who was born to work in this industry. We'd return just for her, also the burgers at the pool bar are to die for.

The beds in the room could have been a bit comfier and the air conditioning was set at a minimum 22 degrees which in 40 degree temperature outside, wasn't cool enough. Apart from that, no complaints.

The air conditioning dripped water when on. Water went all over the floor and very near an electrical socket.just not that clean

Our first time in Pothos and it met our expectations, our room was spacious, fairly well equipped and had an excellent shower. The pool area was nice and the bar area popular and staff friendly. The views from our balcony were lovely and the location was right on the Saltflats. WiFi was one of the best we've had staying in any location

A little bit close to the road but we weren't too bothered and wasn't really noticeable from our room. The pool could have a shower area before entering for a swim

Pothos was like a home from home. As a solo traveller you can sometimes feel a little bit uncomfortable in some hotels and apartments. This was never the case here. I was made to feel warmly looked after at every opportunity. It was such a lovely place. Hopefully i will be able to return in Sept this year. The accomodation is classically Greek apartment style but the rooms, surroundings, pool and bar area were spotless and there was an aurra of care. It is so clearly a treasured family business. The little things like a trip to the bar were made a pleasure as the welcome was so amazing. I feel blessed to have picked here to stay and to have met such great hosts.

Great pool, used every day. Bookshelf and space where you could leave things you don’t need for other guests like sunscreen. Had an authentic Greek night with food and dancing.

15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to town

The place was so beautiful, the staff were so kind and always willing to help you. IMPORTANT: They ALWAYS have smiles on their faces, and they are perfectly English speaking. Beautiful views from almost all parts of the hotel, with a clean and big pool surrounded with sunbeds. The beach and few supermarkets are so close to the hotel (5-10 min of walk). The hotel also has a bar & restaurant at the pool where you can eat or drink some of the great Greek and other specialties.

There is nothing about this place that you should not like. Everything was perfect!
