Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

My husband and I picked Psaravolada for our stay in Milos on our honeymoon! We were so impressed with our breakfast - made to order eggs, a great spread, and the best views. We were equally as impressed with our accommodations. Our room was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a very peaceful and quiet stay in Milos away from the ports, this is a true hidden gem!

room, view and facilities were amazing! Delicious breakfast and coffee every morning. The receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, help us plan what sights to see and make the most of our trip, they really made the whole experience so special.

AustraliaWe arrived at night and woke up to the most breathtaking balcony views. The location and hotel were stunning. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had views unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the hotel restaurant served fantastic food. The staff were incredible, offering outstanding service and helping us make the most of our short stay with great local recommendations. While the hotel is definitely not within walking distance to the port or main centre (it’s on the other side of the island), it didn’t impact our stay at all – if anything, it added to the sense of tranquility. Hiring a car/quad would be necessary if staying for a few days. Highly recommend!

GreeceThe incline and height difference between the levels of the hotel means that some rooms (as in our case) need many steps up and down to access reception / restaurant (breakfast) etc. There is car access and parking at every level but it is difficult to go up and down on foot (especially if you're not fit). Restaurant is nice with some interesting plates but needs work cooking meat.
The hotel has a majestic view of the Aegean. Rooms are comfy and typical Cycladic architecture. The restaurant is also very good. Staff is incredibly helpful.

United KingdomI struggled to come up with anything I didn't like about the place. If you have heavy luggage there are no elevators so there are a few stairs to navigate and not a real issue as the staff will help you and the other thing that is more of a warning than an issue, is that for about 100m leading up to the hotel the road is not sealed so if you have decided to visit the island (or have rented) with an expensive car with low clearance, you probably don't want to drive it on the dirt road. But honestly, not a bad word to say about this place.
The whole experience was first class from the staff (hand picked high calibre) the rooms, the view and the restaurant. The staff from top to bottom were very professional, attentive and super helpful and knowledgeable. The view was absolutely amazing. You felt like you were perched at the top of the world with an endless view across the see and mountains, it was breathtaking! The rooms were spacious, modern but still retained a Greek feel which was nice. The restaurant retains prime position in the hotel with great views and the food is absolutely amazing. I could go on but you get the idea...it is a must visit and I will be returning next season.

RomaniaThe roads leading there are sometimes narrow, a small section of it is a dirt road, but that's part of the charm.
Very helpful and friendly staff. One guy particularly helped us a lot with everything (boat reservations, transfers, what to do, where to go, where to eat...etc.) The view is astonishing, best place for honeymoon! Peaceful, quiet, exquisite food at the restaurant with the exceptionally vast seaview. Unforgettable!

United KingdomA bit remote. You will need a car if you are there for any length of time but they will help you if you need to hire one. A pool would top it off but I know it's not possible for them. But these are no more than niggles
Absolutely stunning views . Very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

This was our honeymoon trip and we were treated so well. We got a bottle of wine from the hotel. The room was really nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable you cannot beat the views from this property and it was nice to be isolated from the hustle and bustle of the other side of the island. The restaurant on premises is also really good and tasty and the staff is simply amazing.

CanadaVery remote location away from all facilities. Steep, cliff side drive… difficult at night - needs way better signage. Not enough storage in rooms if staying more than a night or two.
Beautiful cliff side views, delicious full breakfast, excellent service. Really nice balconies for lounging and taking in the water views.

CyprusCons: breakfast is not the best. Liked only fresh juice and vegan yoghurt on demand. There is a small buffet and eggs are the only cooked option; don't expect handmade delicacies or baked pitas/tarts... Espresso/cappuccino etc. chargeable extra. Hair conditioner is not provided - bring your own one.
Fantastic location, views and amazing front desk staff who takes care for you better than at most 5* resorts! Very responsive, proactive and kind. Just to meet such people is worth the trip! We stayed at one of the new rooms and highly recommend - very fresh, functional, coffee machine with illy capsules (only 2 per day though), mineral water replenished daily, daily housekeeping, private parking, nicely furbished terrace with panoramic views over Aegean and Agia Kyriaki beach. Gives a feeling of seclusion and quietness like at 5* hotel, nothing less. Below the hotel there is a small beach with fumaroles, accessible by steps. Never seen anyone there, super private and beautiful. Hotel guests also receive 10% discount at hotel's restaurant. Access to the hotel is partly by an earthen road, but just for a short piece and nothing too difficult even with a small car. Overall worth having a car but not a must - Agia Kyriaki beach is accessible by walk (a bit steepy but ok) and from there you can catch a bus or boat trip to Kleftiko, or rent a private boat.
