Parking was not very close, so a lot of luggage will be difficult. The AC stops workikg when the terrace door is opened, so we had to choose between fresh air and comfort, but not that really big a deal.

The apartment was very clean, everything inside was working and the beds very comfortable. The host knew several languages at a very good level. The apartment is really close to the beach in a pedestrian only part, but down the street there is a large free outoor parking.

The fact that there wasn't a lift. It was my mistake, of course, that I didn't clarify this detail before booking. Thankfully, the staff and the owner were exceptionally kind and helpful!

It was the most beautiful apartment we had in Greece ever! It is modern, clean, they are changing towels every day, it is comfortable, internet is fast, always available. Terrace is my favorite! Public parking is nearby and it is free of charge.

.Air conditioning unit is on the ground of the terrace, producing very hot air. Three bads are too much for this space. It should be two bed room.

Without a doubt, the best accommodation in Olympic Beach. The apartments are equipped at the highest level and are cleaned daily. The hotel is in the class of the best German hotels. The owner of the hotel and the hotel staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. My recommendation, you will not go wrong if you choose this hotel.

We had a view of the beach from our balcony, though it was mostly surrounded by other apartments, which is beyond R&M's control, as the buildings in that area are generally close together. There were moments when arriving guests were inconsiderate of the time, speaking loudly in the hallway, but overall, our stay was very pleasant.

R&M Studios exceeded our expectations. Although we opted out of daily room cleaning, their staff was very accommodating and friendly. Fresh towels and garbage bags were offered every day. The apartment studio is conveniently located a short distance from the beach and is surrounded by supermarkets, fruit stands, boutiques, and restaurants. The owner and her staff were also always available and ready to assist. We will choose R&M the next time we visit Olympiaki Akti for their cleanliness, and comfort and for being a pet-friendly apartment.

Extraordinary pleasent host Eva. Ready to help about anything. The room is cleaned every day, and the staff is nice. Constantly changed towels. Around the hotel is every kind of market, the souvenirs and good taverns. The beach is 100 meters from the hotel.

The apartments are in the main street but they have great insulation, so you can enjoy in your room without being disturbed from outside. They are very comfort and clean.

The property was great. Everything was new and working exceptionally well. Clean rooms and bathroom also every day new clean towels. The lady host was very friendly. In close distance you have bakery a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and tavernas to eat. I recommend this place.

Perfect place in the center of it. There is massive free parking near so you do not have to worry about. Sound isolation is great, lady that works there is kind and always near so you feel safe to leave your things. Beaches are all sand and affordable. Beds are comfortable for bigger people.
