Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandNothing. Everything was great.
Sophia - the owner of the place - is simply amazing! I felt really at home and was treated like the member of the family. It’s a rare thing to come across these days, so I really appreciate it and feel very greatful. Thank you, Sophia! The apartment: is newly renovated and looking very neat. I stayed in apartment 27, that overlooks the garden and has a side sea view. I should say that it is even more spacious than on the pictures (see mine attached below) with a large balcony outside. Very quiet area. I enjoyed waking up hearing sea waves and birds chirping. The welcome set: a bottle of cold water, peach juice and sweets were a very pleasant surprise after a long travel! The apartment is centrally located: just a few steps from the beach, but in a quiet area, 5 min away on foot from the central road with big supermarket and restaurants. The place is perfect for those who have a car and need a base closer to the airport or even guests like me who come by bus. One thing to be mindful of: Kokkini Khanioin area is the landing route for airplanes, so you are going to hear them very often. It didn’t bother me though. After a day, I completely stopped noticing this noise. A couple of suggestions to make the place even better: - kitchen towel will be a nice to have - sun blinds or an umbrella on the balcony: since the windows overlook the west, sun is “in the house” from 3pm until 7pm. Winds and sea breeze are wonderful and take the heat away, but on the still weather days sun blinds could really help. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

NetherlandsThis is sufficient for low budget student vacation in winter! Definitely no value for money. Insufficient kitchen, aircon is a myth and unbearable over summer. You can only cool down the place, which takes 3 hours if you are lucky, if you sit inside and sweat it out, the moment you step onto the balcony or outside, the aircon turns off. Considering the price we paid, I was surprised how lean Sophia is running the property. We booked 3 days which costed us 360 Euros and left immediately after the worst night sleep, as there is no aircon in the rooms and temp reaching 34 deg inside. It was not ok. What we booked was NOT what we received. A common issue with Booking.com where hosts are managing multiple properties. The photos [dream] which was advertised aligned to the price when you book, until you get there to realise you do not have the unit facing the beach [there is only one #25], instead the unit right at the back of the property where you look into the neighbor's garden with a horizon sea view. Yes you are close to the beach, but you need to buy umbrella's and beach gear. Also the noise and frequency of flights landing was surprising, and this was quite distracting when you are trying to enjoy and unwind on the beach or at night. Suggest that you find a place close to the stadium which is not on the flight patch and the most beautiful beaches and restaurants with loungers, which is free. Wha a disappointment and expensive trip!
Nothing!

GreeceEverything was nice. I will definitely recommend it.
It’s a step from the beach. It’s like you have a private beach included. It’s clean and the hosts are polite.
