The distances are quite long and steep and faraway from everything that matters if you stay in the upper side of the resort. We did not have thick curtains or blinds in our room so waking up at 6.00am every day...

Great facilities and location. Beautiful complex with much vegetation. Pool at sea level with beaches left and right is an awesome point.

Unfortunately the hotel is advertised as a five star resort so be prepared to be disappointed. One of the definitions of a five star hotel is the room should be instagram-able and for the right reasons We booked a garden bungalow with garden view and were upgraded to one with a sea view but the room was dreadful so we went back to the original.

The best thing for this hotel is the location as a gateway to and from the Peloponnese from Athens airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, just a little dated. The resort as pleasant just dated and a bit scruffy. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day. If you were told this was a three star hotel you would be happily surprised.

The room cannot be soundproof when there is an adjoining door with the next room.

I had been told that there was a jacuzzi, but it was not working. The jacuzzi tub in the room was not working either but as it was very nice of them to upgrade me, I could hardly complain!

A great off season find, few people at the resort. Lovely landscaping, modern very clean rooms and bath. Very friendly helpful staff, gave me an upgrade near the indoor pool. I had planned to use the jacuzzi but it was not working the day I was there unfortunately as it was one of the reasons I booked here. However, I was still very pleased to stay here. The breakfast was good, enough choices. very pleasant atmosphere, great views.

The issue was we had a faulty door that would take a few attempts to lock and the air conditioning was older than my grandma, I reported this on 2 occasions that it didn't work and the room swelled with heat immediately making it uncomfortable and extremely hot. Nothing was done about this, which isn't good considering I paid €470 for 4 nights. The last day I was lucky enough for the weather to be hot so I went to the pool. The pool was freezing, would you believe the sea was warmer?

The location of the hotel is amazing, and the surroundings are magnificent. The food was also very tasty and fresh.

Water leaking from shower onto the floor of the main part of the bathroom. Created a dangerous situation to walk around.

The location was very relaxed and quiet. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner. Room was large and the bed very comfortable.

The pool capacity is not appropriate for the number of guests/rooms. It's difficult to find sun-bed by the pool. Also there is no beach practically as it's so small and not easy to access. No trees to provide natural shade by the pool/beach, only sunbed and umbrella. The pool area can be improved in many ways. The resort is 5-star, but the pool area is hardly that good. The restaurant and the buffet was not good at all, and definitely over-priced. Only few meals to choose from, and not tasty. I would say average-food for huge price. Also the restaurant is more a cantina than a restaurant. The stuff is also not very nice toward the guests. Some of the reception staff were very nice, but the others were so opposite of that.

The resort is well designed, the apartment is spacious and comfort for family of 4. It's bit outdated, but it's clean and comfortable. Our apartment area was quiet and peaceful with beautiful see-view from the balcony.

It was very stressful to park car,very tight parking spaces.If you are far from main office need to wait long time for someone to come and pick you up. Perfect area,perfect location,need to improve service!

Some types of rooms need rennovation

The place is wonderful, on the coast , 3 beaches with priivacy and fully equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, security in the entrance, so that everybody cannot enter if he is not guest or friends of a guest . The staff, especially the reservations manager Mrs. Alexandra and the reception staff , Giannis, Vassilis and the others, are very kind, eager to assist and professionals. Also the restaurant staff are very polite and professionals.

Mosquito nets are really missing from all windows and would be much needed

I loved that our room was really near the sea! Waking up to that view was so soecial. Staff is also exceptional, very polite and helpful! Also, everything is very clean and all gardens around are so well cared for! Beautiful trees and flowers all around.

The facility is rather aged. Everything, from the mattress, to the doors, to the paved paths seems aged and in need of renovation.
