Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Everything was at the highest level. The hosts are extremely kind and very helpful. They truly care about their guests. We will definitely come back again.

No complaints whatsoever.

Our stay at Rita Mare Villa exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. On the day of arrival, we had an early flight in the morning. However Costas arranged an early check-in for us. He welcomed us at the villa with a delicious cake and drinks. What a perfect way to start a holiday! Whenever we needed any help, Margaret and Costas were there for us. On the day of our departure, we had a evening flight, and Costas arranged everything so that we could spend the whole day at the villa. Thank you, Costas and Margaret, for your kindness and for a wonderful holiday experience!

If you don´t like big hotels and you want to find a peaceful place for your holiday, this is the place. We spent an awesome 7 days with the kids. Clean house, clean beach, clean sea. The pool was great. Costas prepare some fresh fruits for the kids! There is a great taverna nearby, a supermarket, and a bakery. There is a fresh fish market a few kilometres away. If you have a car, you can travel to the sandy beaches and spend a great holiday as we did. Thank you!

We stayed as two couples. We were welcomed very well by Margarita and Kostas. Everything in the house is new and every need has been considered. The welcome basket was a very nice gesture. Everywhere was clean and comfortable, we felt at home. They really helped us with early check in and late check out processes. We appreciate it. Thanks a lot😍

There was nothing which could be improved - we hope to return!

The whole experience, accommodation, location and support from Margaret and Costas was beyond our expectations. They made it feel like home from home. Very high standards throughout and impossible not to love it. We recommend Sposa taverna on the beach, most welcoming and lovely food.

The only improvement area is the wifi which worked best outside but not really inside. A bit of drama around this with 2 teenagers :)

The property is exactly as the pictures. Really clean and tidy apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and you can do your own cooking here. The pool was great and the sea is just a 100 meters away. The small village is at a walking distance with some nice restaurants. You'll need a car when staying here. Hosts were really welcoming and friendly. Definitely value for money and one of the nicest places we've stayed at in Greece.

The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is ideal for a peaceful holiday. Our hosts helped us with everything we needed before and during our stay. The accomodation was ready earlier than usual as we arrived in the morning. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and we appreciated it as we could eat and drink something before running to a shop for the first supplies. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The aircondition and sunblinds help to keep the house perfectly cool. We had absolutely no reason to complain.

Nothing, sounds cheesy but it ticked all the boxes!

It was our first trip away with our 8 month old and the grandparents. It was so easy and stress free! Your own private pool makes it super relaxed! The beds were very big and comfortable as well. Clean and tidy throughout with all the amenities you’d need for a weeks stay! The host was amazing, on time for check in and check out and full of knowledge of local places…. Even transfers to lindos at last minute!

Host, Seaview, Pool, Air-Condition, Garden Best was the personal contact with Mr Costas. Such a lovely host, who looked after us in a discreet but so generous way (we received a welcome starter food and beverage incl self-made cake plus during the week two fresh melons! My kids loved him!)

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful sea front villa. The host is incredibly friendly and caring. Nothing is missing in the house, perfect equipment for a family of 5 people. The interior is very modern and the surrounding/garden with pool is just amazing. We can recommend this House absolutely 10/10

Everything was great!

The villa was amazing - and the owners are the sweetest and most helpful! On the day of our arrival everything was closed due to Easter - so Costas has left us everything from food to drinks, so we would be all set. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Wifi was sometimes lagging a little bit, but we used our own phone network anyway most of the time. I think it was fixed during our stay, so problem solved. Two weeks is too short - I wanted to stay two months ;-)

We loved everything. This is the second time we visited RITA MARE villas and we will come back! Inside: Comfortable beds, well equipped and functional kitchen, aircon that actully works and is silent, two bathrooms in perfect condition, tv, sofa and very nice sitting area, three balconies with chairs and table. Everything was clean and kept in good condition. Both washing machine and dish washer worked without problems. Outside: Wonderful pool that is big enough for swimming, the floor by the pool is of a good material and does not get slippery when wet. Lovely garden (a watermelon was growing in admist the flowers!). On the patio there is a dining table so it is easy to eat Gennadi is a perfect greek vacation place. It has all, a nice village, fantastic beach, real food restaurants. Silence and tranquility when you live in RITA MARE. There is a beach bar just north of the villa (Sposa del Sol), free beach beds and umbrellas for their customers - best drinks ever! Klimis, Mama, Zorbas restaurants are fantastic! The owner is really, really nice. We had water, coffee, wine, soft drinks etc already waiting for us when we arrived. thank you for everthing!

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with a warm atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a serene snapshot of the surrounding landscape. Every detail, from the softness of the bed linens to the ambient lighting, was carefully considered to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch lodging experience. The owners Costas & Margaret were incredibly accommodating, eager to assist with any requests, and exceptionally kind, adding a personal touch to our stay. Really perfect

Internet was sometimes slow.

Everything was just perfect! The place is amazing insideout. Very close to the beautiful beach. The vila has everything we need. It super clean and roomy. Very clean swimming pool right in front.

Really nice rental house. When we arrived I was a bit under the weather and the host was contacting me the next day if I needed medicine or a doctor! Really make you feel welcome and throughout our stay we had contact. Will definitely go back to Rhodos and this villa!

There is nothing

Everything was perfect. The villa is just as good as the pictures show. Wifi, aircon, washing machine, dish washer are all in perfect condition. Easy to make food in the kitchen since it is fully equipped. The pool is a perfect size and there were even pool towels. Everything was clean and new. 3 big TVs - netflix app available. We had three balconies and one terrass table to chose from for our meals. There are shops and many really good restaurants near - but it is good idea to rent a car. The beach is really near and just north of the villa on the beach there was a lovely beach bar/restaurant with free beach beds/sofas for the customers. The other beach restaurants were also fantastic and we also ate at four of the restaurants in Gennadi. All of them were very good and really affordable. This was probably the best place we have stayed at in Greece. The owner Kostas was really nice and helpful - Thank you for making our vacation a succes.

The villas are perfect for a family, very tidy and clean. Costa made sure we had everything we need (including a wonderful welcome basket) and was always willing to help. The location of the villas is right next to Gennadi beach- a beautiful and quiet beach which is perfect for bathing and watching the sunset. The village is a 10 minutes walk away and has very good restaurants.

Fantastic reception from Costas on arrival . A lovely welcome basket of food / drink the majority being local produce ! Very clean and cool in the apartment most welcome after a car drive . Villa is ideal for us as a couple for a week's escape from England - would love to visit again .
