the location was amazing! the hotel room was so nice and the pool was amazing! Rita was also so welcoming and such a lovely person, who gave us information about the island. I highly recommend staying there and will definitely come back!

Great location, stunning view of the sea and Mrs Rita was very welcoming. Excellent location within 10 minute walk to the centre of Chora.

the pool was good just very deep, the view out of this world, the room was good and cool, and we was there for a anniversary and there was a bottle of drink there for us. gave us a bottle water when we got there.

the breakfast, we did not book breakfast but had it on one morning, it was conational which we got a nice cup of coffee, lovely orange but two slices of toast each. (7.50 each ) we used to do to the bakery for breakfast.

It was such a nice hotel! Very close to the centre. The pool area is beautiful and the views of the ocean are amazing. My room has a very nice balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean. Rita was so beautiful and accommodating. I didn’t feel very well when I first arrived and she looked after me like one of her own, making me feel very comforted. She also cooked up a storm one night and offered us dinner! The place is very clean. Highly recommended!

I honestly can’t fault my stay at all..

Well located between chora and the port with an easy walk to both. Had all the necessities and Rita as well as the staff would go beyond to make sure your needs are met. Incredibly helpful. The views are absolutely beautiful the pool clean and great size. Wonderful to relax in the afternoons.Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

It was perfect for my family of 6! Nothing I can complain about.

- Great price/quality ratio. - Rita the owner is a very nice and helpful person. - Location is perfect: just close to the main street of Chora but far at the same time for a quiet sleep (it gets really busy) - Ample parking space for those renting a car / atv / buggy. - Very nice swimming pool where we can chill at sunset or in the morning. - You feel like you own an appartment in Ios in this hotel.

- The mattresses we slept on were very hard, we did give the feedback to Rita on our last day though (our fault). Am sure she would have done something about it had we told her sooner. - The toilet is a bit dated and can benefit from some upgrades.

Beautiful pool and location, comfortable beds. Frequently cleaned, close distance to bus stop and about 5-10 minute walk to the main town. Very nice balcony area. There was a bedside vanity which was useful for doing makeup etc and a mini fridge in the apartment which was useful.

The bathroom facilities were poor, the sink sprayed whenever you used it and I saw cockroaches in the bathroom several times. The air conditioning was unreliable, sometimes it would work if both doors to balcony were closed but often it would not turn on at all and it needed the key card to be on so the room would be quite warm upon return if you left. Not a large amount of storage space. As I was up late, as many are in Greece, I did find it frustrating that the cleaning staff would come in very early such as at 8 am and that there was no do not disturb sign or anything I could put up. They often let themselves into my room while I was asleep and once, despite me saying I did not want the room cleaned, they insisted I stand on the balcony while they cleaned it after entering my room at 8 in the morning.

Rita and everyone who worked at the hotel were exceptionally accommodating Our ac broke down after 2 days and they immediately switches us to a beautiful upgraded room.. Rita let us know what beaches and restaurants were great to go to. Would definitely stay there again.
