Nice and well equipped apartment in a perfect location just 5 min walking to the beach.You have everything you need for staying.Easy reachable by car and by walking.There is a big supermarket just across the street, so you can find anything you want for your short or long time staying.The owner was always available and answer to all our request. Rita Sea View is very clean and renewed apartment. Everything was considered in detail. The apartment has own porch where you can sit in front of small sea view. Also there is a garden hose at the entrance of the porch, so you can wash out the sands from your feet when you come back from the sea. There is a washing machine in the apartment and it is very useful. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook your meals during your holiday. Also, air condition works well, we slept well although the weather was about 35 degree. In addition, location is perfect, the apartment is on the main road, opposite the market and the one of famous greek taverna, also from the back yard, you can reach the clear and bright aquarium sea directly by using stairs. The host was very caring person, he/she provided us the apartment on early checking time when guaranteed during booking. You can communicate through the phone easily, we wish to meet with he/she face to face.

Screen door would be helpful for leaving the balcony door as open. We had our own fly-repellent spray for body however, it would be better if the fly-repellent is in the house. (Normally it is existing in the other apartments in Kallithea). Extra garbage bag and toilet paper is needed. Refrigerator is very small, it may not be sufficient for the vacation more than three days. The bottlescrew was broken, we could not open our wine, it would be better to check the equipment in the kitchen. Generally in the apartments in Kallithea and in the Greece, coffee, tea, frappe mixer, laundry detergent are left in the house. Some of them is containing olive oil, pepper and some biscuits. We usually travel in the Greece and these unwritten details have always made us happy, I recommend those for this apartment.

Great location, just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, which is the best I’ve seen in Greece! The apartments are beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a new sofa. The overall renovation is relatively fresh, and there is a private exit to the terrace with a sea view. Wi-fi is good 😊

However, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom by the morning when it wasn’t used overnight. Also, water spreads all over the floor, and we constantly had to clean it up to prevent anyone, especially children, from slipping when entering the bathroom. I know this wasn’t mentioned in the description, but the hosts should provide basic amenities like sugar and toilet paper (we had only one roll and had to ask for another, which the host provided). There was also no tea or coffee. These are small things, but having them available makes you feel more comfortable, and you don’t have to bring your own sugar and coffee on vacation. Also, watch the steps going to the beach; the city or the surrounding houses should make them more comfortable and secure. A lot of people use them every day, and making them more comfortable for your guests could even allow you to increase the apartment’s price.

Beautiful place. Everything was new and functional. It’s on the Main Street on one side, and in the other is yard that has an exit to stairs 3 minutes to the beach. It has all the supplies even iron and hair dryer

Place was very clean and modern. Had an amazing garden and view of the sea. Host was very nice and helpful. Responded to all pf our questions very fast

This is definitely one of the best apartments in Kalithea. A quiet, peaceful place, there is always Parking. The supermarket is very close. We are resting here for the second time and will definitely come back again
