The photos of the pool area are outdated, and it is in need of some work. The pool bar did not open once in the 10 days we were there so I believe this is misleading advertising. The grass needed a cut it was quite long and all the plants around the pool were dying and wilted. The atmosphere was a bit flat I felt it could have done with some nice music. The sunbeds are very very bad, the tip to one side when you sit down or the back always falls. They are so uncomfortable as well. The pool itself is clean and spacious but the area surrounding it is very drab. The facilites are basic but sufficient, and the bed is comfortable.

The property was small and tucked away but still close to the main town so we could walk back easily at night. It was quiet and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and a nice balcony overlooking the pool area.

There is a dilapidated, abandoned building site right next to the studios which spoils the overall impression a bit...

The studios are conveniently located, the swimming pool is great as well. The lady who takes care of cleaning is really diligent. The place is quiet and comfortable.

The shower is with curtain and everything is going wet after a shower and there is noting to absorb . The kitchen place is needing replacing is a bit older.

The location is perfect really close to the main streets and to the bus stop. Everything important is around 5 minutes away. The studio is comfy and spacious. The lady who is cleaning the rooms is really nice . Even though she doesn't know English well, she helps and cleans the rooms.

The bathroom needs renovation. Our balcony was on the ground floor, sometimes cats came in at night and left a mess 🫤, I don't recommend leaving swimsuits and towels to dry on this balcony at night.Other rooms probably didn't have this problem.

The accommodation is close to the center but also on a quiet street, so you can't hear any noise. The room has a kitchenette, so you can prepare breakfast and simple meals. The pool was great. Very nice staff. Regular cleaning, changing towels and refilling shampoos. We could leave our luggage at the reception, which is right at the port, until the room was ready for our arrival.

There was a constant noise throughout the night like a pump stopping and starting , but, I don’t know if this was at my accommodation or nearby. Also a couple of dogs barking nearby would wake me in the morning. Not the problem of the accommodation.

Only one tiny thing ….. i dont like shower curtains …. It attacked me every night in the shower . One room was a little dark but they moved me very quickly when I commented . Small amount of building work nearby but not noisy .

Check in instruction was not very clear - we called the number and the lady came up to open our room.

It was a great split level studio for us. Spacious and with the balcony. Everything was clean and stylish inside. At the end of September the value for money was excellent. The location is very central but quiet at the same time. 13 min walk to one of the town beaches. Swimming pool and sunbeds was a bonus. Well equipped kitchenette.

Could do with new Sun Brollies as most were ripped quite badly. The sun beds were ok but a few were not working if you wanted to sit up. Pool Bar not opened once whilst we were there but that wasn't a problem as we just took our wine and beer down from our fridge.

The location is fabulous. Literally 7 mins walk and your right in the town. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The pool was good very clean but not heated which we didn't mind.

Ritsa Studios is very convenient to all amenities in the town & to the bus route to the beaches. The pool is a great addition & was not busy at all during our stay. Any questions or queries we had were answered very promptly by the host, even booking us a taxi to the airport on our day of departure. We would highly recommend Ritsa for a stay in Skiathos.

The key system is ancient. Both partners always need to go out together as there is only 1 key. Air condition was a bit weak but did the job after half an hour.

The Studios were in an excellent location. There was a fantastic clean pool and garden with loungers. Rooms were amazingly clean
