Nice, clean room with a balcony. Close to city centre, there is a supermarket nearby, to the metro station by walk in 12 minutes. The room and the shared spaces are very simple, but nice for the amount of paid money. There is also AC in the room, which is perfect for a hot summer night in Athens. The owner is a very kind man and explains everything very nicely

we had to wait 1.5 hrs till we could enter our apartment.

The price was very cheap and the location being so central and easy accessible.

The rooms are not to well maintained, the furniture and the appliances are pretty old. We chose not to take a shower, because the bathroom didn’t look too clean.

The bathroom was full of mildew, the kitchen was full of grease. The flat need an urgent renovation

Value for Money, location, the room itself was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning. The room could be locked from the outside as well.

The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean and modern. Just one bathroom for many rooms.

There was another couple staying (they seemed long term guests), on our first night we could hear some weird noises but nothing crazy. Now, on the third night these people kept screaming (presumably drunk and fighting) for 4 hours straight from midnight till 4 am aprox. Making it very much uncomfortable and impossible to sleep: shouting, walking around the whole apartment being very loud, banging doors, really out of their minds.. If these people are truly living there I would not recommend this accommodation.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared but spacious, but bathroom didn't even have hand soap - could definitely do with a good clean and fix up.

The size of the room. Owner showed the room plus tips about the area. Fyi, it was a short stay, I wouldn't stay for weeks.

electricity went off every night that i was there,leaving me with no light and means to charge up my phone.The owner extolled the virtues of the german made lift that carried us to the fourth floor where the room was,claiming that it had never broken down in seven years.The next morning the lift wasnt working and i had to gingerly feel my way down the stairs from the fourth floor in darkness,nearly falling down on more than one occasion.Decor,furniture,toilet all grubby and shabby.I know it was cheap,but this is no excuse for the shear shonky grottiness of the gaff.NOT recommended

The room was not cleaned, cupboard was filled with rubbish and used tissue, thick layer of dust on radoator. no facility, no soap in Bath. not acceptable level .

Sergio was a lovely guy who meets and greets you around the corner from the apt. The cost for a very clean room close to the transport option was worth it. If you turn left at the apt and walk to the end of the street and turn right, there are regular buses, 3 stops to metro station syngrou Fix which takes you anywhere. Retro furniture, no frills but clean.
