This hotel is near the metro and is ok and clean. We had a nice balcony on the 3rd floor. However the toilet bowl was placed very close to the bathroom wall and was difficult to use. The staff were great

The loud upstairs neighbor who was yelling at his wife. It was giving domestic dispute.

The staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in early, plus they helped me with all of my bags. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was in a great spot with lots of shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was very small, it was hard not to touch the shower curtain while taking a shower.

The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. All the reception staff were always very nice and helpful.

The internet was a bit unstable and not so fast, but overall was acceptable The main issue that I had was the lack of power sockets. The room had 2 sockets; one on the wall for the TV and the air-condition and the second one was close to the door. Both of them were far from the bed and if someone wanted to charge his laptop in order to see a movie at the same time, that was not possible The area where the hotel is located is not very good, however, the hotel was very close to the main road and close to different amenities

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff The room service was really good The room was roomy in length and had the basic facilities, like shower gel, soap to wash your hand The staff booked me a taxi for very early hours in the morning to the airport and also they called me when they asked them to call me in case I was falling asleep I have to say that the best part in Roy hotel is the staff. Well done!

Rooms soundproofing is poor and you hear all the time neighbors chatting, next rooms doors opening and closing the elevator's movement, etc. Bathroom is too small and with very old sanitary. Hygiene is a bit under question - I found not cleaned hairs in the bathroom.

The location is really good, near metro station for fast reach out to the main Athens attractions. Possibility to accommodate 24/7.

The room was very small and without window , have been some problem with the shower, about the regulation hot/cold water.

The position was very good, very close to the Agio Nikolaos metro station and a little bit farther from Attiki. The staff were very Kind and available to help you.

Toilet did not flush properly, Quite tiny room even for 1 person -"cramped" The TV tiny& functioned poorly; bed barely adequate.

Very close to public transit that heads towards downtown Athens. Hotel very cheap? by modern standard- ca. $37US per night. Much cheaper than say downtown Toronto, Rome, London, etc.

As I mentioned in the title, it lacks some certain practicality that hotels should meet to keep their clients satisfied. Personally, I don't care about beauty and elegance and that's why this review is contained on issues regarding practicality. So: -Only one power plug by the exit. There was another one but, it was very high up and was used for the tv. Even w/o the TV it wouldn't be much of use. -Uncomfortable beds. Woke up with numbed limbs from the one side of my body. -Couldn't lean on the bed's headboard and that's why there wasn't any. Instead there was a separated headboard, meaning that it was attached to the wall. So, every time you wanted to lean on it, the whole bed moved away from the wall. So, no lean on bed's detached headboard. -Bathroom's door couldn't be closed entirely, so my partner or I had to suffer when one was using it for certain needs. -Poor WiFi. Weak signal, low throughput maybe due to narrow bandwidth. As if this is not enough, there were constant disruptions/disconnections. I saw an old TPlink access point by the elevator, but my guess is that it's being meant for use by the whole floor (7 rooms).

If u order a Budget room u will get a Budget room. If u pay good u will get good room. Its up to u.
