Nice and modern place. Also very clean. Also the host is very helpful and responsive, really liked the interaction.

Bathroom is a bit too small and the view from the location is not the nicest, but the place is great to stay for a couple of days.

Modern apartment with premium facilities. Spotless cleanliness and extremely friendly staff. They responded promptly to our late-evening booking and sent someone to prepare the sofa bed for the child. They could have just left the bedding for me to make the bed, as it often happens in many apartments, but they didn’t. We arrived only 15 minutes after making the reservation, and I really appreciated the owner’s thoughtful gesture. The sheets were immaculate, the towels just as clean, and slippers were provided. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. In the fridge we found water, chocolate, coffee capsules, and even ice cubes. During the last few days of our holiday in Greece, we stayed in 7 different hotels, but nowhere did I feel as comfortable—mainly thanks to the cleanliness. It’s the first time I haven’t felt the need to disinfect everything myself. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.

We loved our short stay here! Everything was so carefully thought out and checking in was smooth and easy. The host reached out on arrival to ask if we needed anything and was very polite in all of our interactions. We appreciated the water bottles in the refrigerator and the chocolates. It was a nice touch. A very interesting note about this property is all the balconies! You have a lot of space to be outside for the size of the apartment. It was also nice to have a coffee machine with milk capsules as well. We have stayed in a lot of these kinds of places and I really felt like this property did a fantastic job of anticipating guest needs and making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Everything was really good. The loft was clean and cozy, had everything we might have needed while staying there. Special thanks to Despoina who welcomed us, and gave us great recommendations for a few beautiful spots to visit while we were there. 💓

Spacious, clean apartment with washing machine and undercover parking. Friendly staff offering suggestions on activities and restaurants. Close to a couple of cafes.

It's even better than i expected! amazing flat with big living room, nice terrace with rocking chair and nice view, ideal for enjoying the evening with friends over a drink : ). very confortable bedroom, clean bathroom...thoughtful drinks prepared in the refrigerator. 20min walks to the center of the city and sea bay, very convenient. Really an Excellent stay!

Award wining establishment, well known by professionalism and hospitability. Place of choice when ever in the area. We would not change them in the future visits, and we will definitely come again.

Parking spot under the premises in shade, keyless entry, cleanliness and tidiness. Superb Aircon and internet. Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings for sleep. Excellent reception staff. We will definitely come back.

Everything worked perfect for us at Salina. Our target was to find an apartment that allows us to combine work and leisure and the apartment fully met our expectation. Apartment was clean and everything inside is of good quality: well furnished kitchen, good washing machine, good wi-fi, nice terrace which I also used for work at times, parking in the courtyard, great and very supporting team led by Despoina. Markets and groceries are in walking distance if you need. We'll probably consider this again when back in Volos

Good to know for those interested in the location aspect, It's adjacent to the city center, so you'll either need to go 5 mins by car or walk around 20–25 minutes. That said, it was absolutely no issue for us as there are plenty of parking spots around the center.

The room was lovely. Comfortable, clean and an excellent location. Easy walking distance to town. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine was so thoughtful!

Not a criticism but If you are more than 2 people I’d recommend choosing a larger room. We were 3 and it was a very tight fit.

The apartments are beautiful, well designed, spacious and the hosts have thought of everything you could need. The staff is incredibly kind and went out of their way to help throughout our stay! You will need to drive to the town center. But there were large groceries and several cafes in easy walking distance. We were so happy here that we extended our visit for 2 additional nights instead of returning to Athens as originally planned.

The facility was great, extra comfy and extra clean. Special thanks to Despoina, she was so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend a place to stay in Volos.

The residences are located at a very comfortable spot 5 minutes by car from Volos town or from Alykes seaside village. There is plenty of parking space around. The residence we were given was fully equipped with all the electric devices. For example, even the washing tablets for using the washing machine were provided. Last but not least the hostess was really polite and friendly! Worth staying there! We will definitely visit it again!
