The pool area (max 1.4 m deep) although great is on the small site of the scale - and not enough loungers ( super comfy) if the resort is full. Could also be as reviewed before loud - but these clearly depends on what luck you have with other guests. The first half of our vacationed was to o loud for us - so we spent whole days on the beach. The last days we were really happy that the guests left and came the new ones and that we could enjoy the serenity of the pool area.

The view and tranquility in early mornings and after 8 pm is incredible. You can see the dolphins passing by in the morning - we had luck. The staff is great and deserves all the praise because they really care for your comfort - after the first night they put us an extra bed in the room because our tall children couldn’t sleep on the couch. They checked the next day if it was better and also offered an extra matress for even better comfort- thanks Katerina💓. The food prepaired by the chef is delicious - also we tried the lunch menu - the portiones are generous and good. Stratos at the reception desk was very pleasent and in the evening he even prepaired us some toasts when the kitchen was closed. He really carred for us - gaving us tips, making reservationes( please try Myrtoon - we were returning there every day) and keeping the pool area quite. Thank you. A 2 km drive from the property is very nice cosy beach bar Livadi with nice loungers which are free if you order some drinks or food ( prices are great). The other beach bar with larger selectione of food (burgers, salads, sweets,…) , great loungers is Dorado beach bar is in Plaka near Leonidio.

Breakfast could be elevated to match the properties boutique style by including more local products (eg fresh local pastries, even more fruits and local delicacies), a bit less processed food such as ham, toast cheese etc

We loved this property and would not hesitate to recommend . Beautiful decorated and landscaped with a lovely pool. Tavernas and beaches close by as well as being central to Leonidio and Tyros.

Nothing was wrong at all but if there was a minor observation it was that staff seemed overworked and distant and weren’t all that smiley but having said that they did a great job with the limited numbers they had.

Place was new, very well appointed and felt like a quality feel throughout. Breakfast was excellent and infinity pool was beautiful. Beautiful view from terrace. Comfy beds.

This resort is just perfect. Beatiful suites with stunning views to the see. Everything is new. The suites are well equipped. The breakfast is excellent and changes every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have zero complaints. Literally we would have to get into tiny details such as the shower curtain let some water onto the toilet area floor and perhaps some of the walls could do with a painting or two....but nothing of substance at all.

It was a most excellent surprise, it seemed a little out of the way, but it is a fantastic complex with a great pool, large room and very, very nice layout. Staff were friendly and helpful and were flexible on our wishes to use the sauna/hot tub and could not be better. You can see that there are details left for them to do to finish everything as construction is recently completed, but nothing was missing, everything was well beyond our expectations.

As above the lack of consistency/clarity in whether or not there was a sun lounger/pool service and/or having the bar area staffed during the day. As many guests were there to just chill by the gorgeous pool in what is a like a courtyard area, this would have been the thing to add an extra special element to staying here.

The hotel and villa rooms were all located very close to each other but it gave a cosy, relaxed feel. The pool was gorgeous, the bar area could be made more of and as it’s set-up for a relatively small number of guests, drinks/snack tray waiting service would have really given it that extra luxury feel. At times it was uncertain if the bar was opened or closed in the day as the service/staff being present was not consistent. Lounge/pool service is definitely something that would take that boutique, luxury feel that the property accommodates, to a new level.

Fantastic location which feels really private but a short drive to Leonidion for loads of restaurants and shops. Pool area is amazing with incredible views and huge rooms. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Silky.

The bed and pillows were hard. Not my preference. Would like a software mattress and pillow. The road needs better signage. The road to the hotel was also narrow and rocky.

Beautiful location. Great design. Large rooms. Had a kitchen, if you like to cook. We ordered out for delivery. Very clean property and rooms. They take care of the grounds.

We were very happy with our property… however for those that may have restricted mobility there are some steep climbs to some of the rooms that we were not aware of before booking
