Would say this one of the best experience in Santorini!! All the staff are friendly and super helpful, don’t miss one day without having dinner at the hotel. The food is exceptional. Breakfast is served a la carte and you can enjoy any meal on the menu. Best view overlooking the volcano, free room upgrade was provided upon arrival with a lovely welcome bottle of rose. Definitely coming back very soon.

Breakfast could have been slightly better, but we still enjoyed it (it is only a la carte, no buffet).

One of the nicest check-in's we ever had - very friendly and welcoming staff! We were upgraded to honeymoon suite and received welcome drinks and snacks. The view is absolutely stunning - we enjoyed so much we spent quite some time in the hotel itself. Swimming pool area is also very nice. Very charming local restaurant just few min away from the hotel - we went there twice.

The location is a bit far from places like OIA. However renting a car can solve that problem.

The location isn’t great if you like to get out and about. It’s about halfway between Fira and Oia and the closest amenities are 3k walk away on a dangerous road. Taxi is the only viable option. However, if you’re visiting the island for the second time and just want to chill in a beautiful location, this place is perfect.

Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to exceed expectations at every opportunity. The breakfasts are included and incredible. The property is just beautiful and the views are unparalleled. Everything about this place is amazing!

The outdoor pool was unheated so was very cold in April

We liked the Honeymoon suite (room 28) it was the most out of the way room of the hotel, the jacuzzi was excellent and with great views. The service from all the staff too was excellent with great breakfast and dinner choices!

Would have liked a full length mirror in main room. Towel racks in bathroom a little limited. Shower was difficult to position in overhead hook due to cave shape so not much you can do about that.
