We would not change anything.

It is the perfect location. It was immaculate. This is our second time staying at Magda’s villa. She and her husband are so kind. They took excellent care of us and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved every dinner that we had at their restaurant. It was so good to see them again. We will always stay here when we come back to Greece. We highly recommend this villa. Thank you, Magda and Frank!

The breakfast was exquisite and varied, with fresh bread, eggs, cheese, yogurt, honey, fruits, and coffee. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, has a small pool and located close to the bus stop. Our host, Magda, was very friendly and helpful. She was available to give the keys late in the night. She shared tips on where and how to go, arranged transfers and made our stay very comfortable. She really made us feel like friends and not guests.

The light emitting from the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was so bright that I had to sleep with an eye mask on. It would be great to be able to turn the ‘display off’ as we could in most, if not all other places that we stayed.

The host was fabulous, couldn’t have asked for a nicer and more welcoming person! The property was delightful and very different to anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The lovely front and rear courtyards provided little places for outdoor relaxation.

The location is very nice.it is 15 minutes away from.the airport. houselady Magda make us feel welcomed .the breakfast is included and very greek style food.you must love it. the villa has 3 bedrooms.there is one bedroom without the AC.so one of us slept in living room where is a comfortable sofa bed .the restaurant and supermarket just 1 minute walk.bus station to fira just near a bakery .take 1 minute walk as well.child love this swimming pool.they enjoy it.we all like here .

Lovely large rustic house, set in a beautiful old part of the island, Magda and staff are very helpful, fresh breakfast every day. Plunge pool was nice to cool off in. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

I loved everything!!!!!!!!!

We extremely loved our stay at SandandStone Villa, Magda is such a kind and sweet lady, she made sure we were comfortable during our stay. She greeted us with water, lemonade, bottle of wine and some olives. The villa is beautiful with very spacious bedrooms and super comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is a plus my kids enjoyed it. She made us a delicious breakfast every morning at her restaurant by the way very delicious and traditional food and great atmosphere at night. My favorite part of the villa is the back terrace with an amazing view of the church which we enjoyed at night with live music from her restaurant down the villa. The town of Megalochori stole my heart what a charming, safe, and quiet neighborhood I totally loved it. Thanks Magda for going above and beyond during our stay. ❤️🙏

- Great host, always available and such a nice lady. She had a small typical greek café/restaurant right below the house. Though we arrived late and it was fully booked, she had food delivered to us on order (great typical greek dishes). - Amazing and diverse breakfast. - The house was beautifully decorated, great ambiance. - The transfer was arranged for us. - Such a quiet and lovely place in Santorini, away from all the chaos of Thira and Óia, though transfer service was available if booked in advance.

Everything. Bathroom (entirely slick concrete floor) had no ventilation, smelled, no real shelving and the shower soaked the toilet seat it was so cramped. I could go on but won't. The pictures TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED the property. For almost $800 night it was a truly pathetic. As said, we left after one night.

We liked nothing. In decades of travel I have never encountered a worse place to stay, even if it had cost 1/10th of what it cost. We prepaid three days and left after one day it was so inadequate, frankly, disgusting. Shower soaked toilet and toilet area. Impossible to use after that. The furnishings are NOTHING like they were shown. A portable Coat rack stuck in a room in lieu of a closet. The terrace, which at one time may have been quite nice, had broken furniture, dead plants, broken planters, etc. And no place in entire venue for 4 people to seat and eat/drink...
