The worst part about this place was having to leave.

Staying here was amazing, we were welcomed so nicely Maria. She communicated well with us over text before our arrival, and let her staff stay later to enable us to check in as our ferry was delayed. It is a short walk from the ferry terminal. It is in a quite street. We had the ground floor apartment that backed on to the garden and was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy and spacious for 2 people. Maria made coffee in the morning and helped with directing us around the town. There is a great courtyard for morning breakfast or afternoon apertivo's and I was able to work from here with a strong wifi connection. Highly recommend this accommodation, value for money is great!

Place is more home hotel concept, may be not so fancy amd luxury as you expect but the Owner Maria is so nice, she is very helpful and will explain everything. Actually all Naxos people are so nice and gentle. The place hase awesome balcony.

We could say the price in comparison with others on the island with such location was normal (during high season) , so I just wish the accomodation on the island in general was more affordable. We stayed only 3 nights,so it was ok for us.

The cleanliness could have been better. The lady that cleaned our rooms was super sweet, however, when we requested a change of sheets as they were dirty, she said that the policy is to only change them every four days. We stayed five nights and the sheets never got changed. (We were in the room every time the lady came to clean so we saw). We had to request for new towels after our fourth day. She did sweep the floors and the balcony and that is all. I do not know if that comes down to the policy as well. Lastly, the shower head holder was not screwed but merely placed on the wall holes so it fell while we were showering. These were not a big problem for us as we only stayed for 5 nights but would be considerably important for longer stays.

The location and the room were great, we had a nice balcony that had a partial view of the see. The size of the room was great for two people and the bathroom was good as well. The hostess was also a super nice lady that helped us with anything we needed, she welcomed us with a cold bottle of water (plus another one in the room as tap water isn't good to drink in Naxos) and gave us her number as well as said we were allowed to call her any time of the day or night no matter what if needed. We felt very welcome and never unsafe. Naxos is a safe area but the hostess was in the little nice garden at the back of the rooms all day until around 8 pm and then the main door was always locked for extra safety. There was not any pressure about the check out hours and we were able to leave our things, secured, on the little garden area for the rest of the last day until our boat departed.

Absolutely recommended to go to this structure if you want to visit Naxos. Sanoudos exactly reflects the previous reviews: excellent location, clean rooms and excellent services, not to mention Mrs. Maria, the owner. She will follow you from the beginning to the end of your stay with advices on what to visit and where to eat and anecdotes about the island. We followed all of her directions and had a great time. We will no doubt return to Maria's if we return to Naxos. Highly recommended!

If the TVs not working on a holiday that you spent all your time soaking up the gorgeous beaches is a complaint, thats it.

Maria was the most wonderful and gracious host. The accomodation was close enough the the town center for a short walk but quiet not to be disturbed by it. St George Beach was a stones throw away. Nice clean comfortable rooms.

Phenomenal! Maria was an amazing host and helped us so much by giving us recommendations around the area and tending to all of our needs. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The balcony was our favourite with the bright pink flowers blooming.  The downstairs. Common area was very comfortable, and we felt very welcome and safe to sit there. We hope to stay here again next time!

Could have included a bath matt and the bathroom door had no lock so kept opening from the wind.

Zero noise insulation so we couldnt sleep well as we could hear speeches and doors banging and the cleaning lady was not very discreet

The rooms are very outdated, especially the bathroom needs a renovation, there was even no shower curtain so when you take a shower the whole bathroom is wet(dries very fast though). The closet was also very old, half of it was not usable, smelling old&humidity

There was a mix up with the reservations from their side which meant that we had to stay in the hotel opposite for one night and then pack everything again and go to this location for the rest of the nights. Maria arranged for everything and told us once we got there. There was no hot water apparently due to the solar heating system runnging out but we had to shower with ice cold water twice in a 3 day stay. Wifi did not work for a day which was then fixed. 4G didn't have a strong signal in our room and kept lagging and disconnecting.

The location is a few meters from the beach which is great. Maria took the time to tell us about what to see and do and offered us some water. We stayed in the triple rooms which were small but comfortable. The area is charming. Acs worked well
