Wellll, where to start... I have literally spent almost 2 weeks about where to stay in Santorini cause it is either the Caldera view or you have not visited Santorini at all! When that decided, should I stay stucked in the hot tube rooms of Fira side by side and be delivered a single serving of a breakfast or should I really head for more tranquility, a complete consierge able quality hotel and I choosed the latter. Boy I was completely spot on that. This facility, above all with its team, did anything to make me happy. Atw before my arrival to event after I departed... I give at most importance to pay tribute to success and systems, this hotel is a definete home run. Will be there for sure. Its location on the magnificient trail from Fira to Oia was a blessing for me as someone who runs everyday!

The staff was friendly & accommodating! Andreas at the restaurant helped us with restaurant recommendations and set up a table for us to watch the sunset for dinner. We had a Large spacious room with beautiful view and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection.

The staff deserve all the praise for their hard work and dedication to upholding the good standing of the hotel. We had an amazing stay at Santorini Princess Spa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They even upgraded our room for free and gave us a much more beautiful one than we expected, which was a wonderful surprise. The location and views are absolutely stunning — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were always kind, attentive, and eager to help. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

The property is at Imgrovegli. It is a walk to get to Oia or Fira. These are the two happening places in Santorini and with all the great restaurants and shops. The good thing is the hotel provides a car service to drop and pick up for a small fee.

The staff was excellent and the views of the Caldera from the hotel were amazing. We booked 2 room suite for multiple nights. The manager upgraded us for 1st night in their Presidential Villas. That property is a little further away but they took care of transportation. The villas offered a private pool, hot tub, small garden, in room breakfast and amazing views of the sea and the Caldera. The staff was very courteous, they made reservations for our catamaran cruise. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent with attentive staff and breathing views of the sunset. Breakfast was excellent as well. We will definitely visit again.

It was far from everything so you either need to rent a car or need transportation to wherever place you want to go.

We stayed at the Presidential Suites, the property was clean and staff was extremely helpful and nice. The view was spectacular.

These do not take from the overall experience but were some minor inconveniences. The room we booked was facing the pool. This was not provided in the description on the booking and/or on the photos of the double room with caldera view. We thought we would get the room with the balcony as shown on the photos. It would have been nice if this was mentioned so we can make a decision as to whether we would like to be right in front of the main pool or not as we are light sleepers. Thankfully, it didn’t get too noisy in the evening before bed or in the afternoon when taking a nap after an early morning. The breakfast could have been kept warm by taking out the food to the serving area in small portions as I know using heating trays can dry the food. The warm egg/omelet option was great and the coffee was delicious. We noticed that there was not a single fly in the restaurant/breakfast area. Kudos to that!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The hotel is located in the quiet part of Imerovigli with stunning, underrated views. The reception staff welcomed us. The restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and just all around great crew. The rooms were clean and we were allowed to stay in the pool area after checkout until 16:00. We were already plotting on how we would return, while we were still there looking at flights and available rooms for the upcoming year.

Since you are asked not to flush toilet paper, I would suggest installing bidets. Also, at both locations - lights would be helpful in the hot tubs.

The staff at both the Princess (Imerovigli) and Presidential Suites (Akrotiri) location are phenomenal. Every single person went out of their way to be kind, hospitable, and accommodating. A very special thank you to Naya, Achilles, and Despina for making our stay so very memorable.

The property has lots of individual rooms that each have there own unique lay out. The rooms have a fantastic view of the sea which is breath taking. The rooms are clean and the thick concrete walls keep the heat and sound out.

Gorgeous location, fantastic staff. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. So many special moments at this hotel. Sunset to experience, as good as the blue domes. Best breakfast. Excellent pool. WhatsApp text service for anything we needed including restaurant reservations. Highly recommend this place. A beautiful smiling staff.
