Absolutely spotless and beautiful! The location is perfect close to town, restaurants, and public transport. The site itself is stunning, and the staff are truly wonderful. I loved my stay and would definitely come back again! Food is amazing and the lobby is stunning.

Santorini Palace leaves a lasting impression on me and my family. The service was excellent and they are all very friendly and helpful, I was very touched. The hotel and room is just divine. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, really easy to reach Fira where you can choose restaurants, bars, and also the bus station. One of the most beautiful place where you can see the sunset is just right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very great with a lot of options. We got a room with a sea view, it was incredible.

Everything was perfect.

Santorini hotel was excellent! We had such an amazing relaxing stay. The best buffet breakfast, professional attentive staff, amazing pool area, huge clean room. The lady who cleaned our room was so lovely, it was so nice to come back to the most perfectly made room each day. Everything was perfect.

Nothing everything was beautiful

The staff are so friendly and polite and will accommodate you in any way you need. The hotel is SPOTLESS!! Clean towels everyday if needed and beds and rooms cleaned daily.

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant once we stepped into the hotel. There for any questions we needed answering. The hotel was very close to Fira (10-15 minutes walk), the beds were very comfortable, rooms were amazing and the hotel also had a pool and pool bar, which we enjoyed too.

Everything was nice

Facilities very clean and modern. Staff was very kind and we got a free update to bigger room. The view was beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. If you get the shortcut you will be in the center of the town in 10 minutes walk.

Very good hotel and perfect employee and service . We vey appreciate the upgrade about the room . There is very best view to Santorini … good position to see all the island , and beautiful pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious . The hotel help us to rent a quad and book the best boat tour .What’s else ? I reccomend to all this hotel

The breakfast options were limited to when it came to vege alternatives like the sausages etc was all pork.

The location is amazing and honestly the staff were so kind that it made a huge difference to our stay

My stay here was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming — they went above and beyond to help me organise my trip and made sure I had the best time in Santorini. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the pool facilities were the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Can’t remember his name but they guy on the desk , absolute gentleman haven’t felt more welcome in/on any other country/hotel we’ve ever been in. The staff alone puts the place past 5 star and we’ll be booking again next year.

Location…. 10 mins walk to get to the resturants and shipping area but most of it was one way wala king downhill and one way walking uphill…. i would have loved a more central location….

New property… clean and tidy….Great staff…David at the reception was extremely courteous and had a great sense of humour…. We were provided a complimentary drink each at the pool side bar with a nice customised note…Sunset point right across the hotel … bells of Thira also just 5 mins walking distance

Everything was great, patient to town is very important to me and it was walkable. All the store is very close. Not far. Friendly staff beautiful hotel great with great view. Modern facility luxurious Absolutely a 10 out of 10.

I can’t think of anything.

The place was spotless and the staff was better than any 5 star resort I have ever been to. I was greeted with champagne for our annerversary, tips which made our trip authentic and amazing. They even went the extra mile to make sure we had breakfast sing we we leaving early. There was never to much to make sure that we had a good time.
