    Good location in Therma. Clean.

Shared outdoor space with restaurant and other apartments. Very noisy when somebody decides to talk outside in the middle of the night. Hard to rest.

The stuff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, as it is in the centre of Therma so everything is in walking distance. Overall, it was definetely value for money.

I came for 3 days and extended my stay for 9, working 5 days. The Internet was good, WIFI signal was strong. The room had enough space to put my own table with a laptop and 2 external displays. The kitchen was OK, the fridge also, and AC was really good. There is a nice restaurant in the garden, so you can have some meal if you want. The location in the center of Therma is a clear win. All shops are in a short walking distance. And of course, if you are there for the waterfalls, some of them are also very close. There was a nice place for parking with almost full shade during the day. I would come again in this place, we had a good stay there and the host was nice and responsive.

The TV not working and some lights didn't work. Not big deal. There was no hot water in the morning, usually until 11 a.m. for all the days, except the last one, when they apparently heated the water somehow. I don't know why it didn't happen before. No cleaning was done during our 9 days stay, and we could not clean by ourselves also - there were no tools for it. I guess we could get the tools if we ask, but we didn't care that much. Next time we'll ask for sure. And we had a bad luck in the restaurant - we ordered something (some Greek dish), which we specifically asked and wanted to be spaghettis, but when it was served, it was actually like pasta and was completely tasteless. We were lost in translation... After this accident, we never sat at the restaurant again. But other people seem to enjoy the restaurant, and have fun, so be careful what you order. Good luck ;)

Super friendly owners! Restaurant has very tasty food and is it's nice to sit there at night and then be home in 2 steps. Small kitchen, but comfortable. Good shower also. Very nice beds. The rooms are very well isolated so even with the restaurant accross we didn't experience any trouble from the noise of the restaurant (which is not loud, and only until about 23:00 the latest).

There's some basics missing in the kitchen, but since the restaurant is in front of the rooms it's easy to hop over and they are more than happy to provide you with anything you need.

It was overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Yana’s attention and kindness was exceptional. Parking onsite and a possibility to dine at the Feggari tavern without moving from a shared terrace.

Spacy, very clean rooms, overlooking a large common terrace, just in front of the family restaurant, located in the hart of Therma village. Helpful hosts. Large parking.

Despite the studio is advertised with equipped kitchenette, that's how it is in reality, but a kitchen knife is missing. So we had to convince the taverna"s chef, through the mediation of the housekeeper 😉, to land us his knife in order to prepare sandwiches for the daily touring.

The stuffed tomato dinner was superb and the host was friendly and welcoming and came to meet me when the GPS couldn't find the property due to no street address listing for the property. I also really liked there was a clothes airer so I could do some hand washing...and the heater heated the room well since I was there late March in the low season. I also appreciated there was a small pot I could make a cup of tea using the bags I brought (as none were provided). The host did offer to make me a hot breakfast unlike other places in the low season. A good location close to the temple of the Gods, waterfalls, springs and thermal baths and 20 mins from the port.

There was loud TV in the cafe on the two occasions I ate dinner and the sound of demolition and construction as the hosts prepared for the high season...which started early on Sunday morning. The the top sheet was for a single bed so it didn't cover the bed. The local museum and thermal baths were closed. For those who come for the purpose of spiritual pilgrimage when it's quieter to meditate and do ceremony at sacred sites to avoid tourists during the high season, nether the accommodation, nor the local cafes are equipped to receive guests. The toilet bowl wasn't clean when I arrived and neither was the soap dish.

The rooms are located next to an awesome tavern run by a family. The room was large and the bathroom was comfortable. Would be my first choice in Samothraki
