Room is a little smaller that expected, bathroom could be a little tidier. And there could be kettle and maybe forks and knives in the room. There is a circus near hotel, but it's not that bad as some were saying.

The breakfast was great, pool also. Staff is friendly. Location is good, near center and 10-15 minutes from the beach.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location in Chanioti was perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

No dedicated parking, but you can park on the street near the entrance.

The owners and staff were all super nice and accommodating. The place is very clean. They do room cleanup with a towel change every day and they change the bed sheets every few days. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is homemade, and it's really good, especially the traditional meals (moussaka, various savory and sweet pies, cakes etc). The beach is very close and there are plenty of good restaurants with traditional cuisine nearby.

Our room was very clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were very happy to spend our time there - the pool, the balcony, the breakfast. Our walk to the center of Hanioti was 5 minutes. Toward the beach - 10 minutes at best. Needless to say, the location itself is great! There is no private parking, but parking itself isn't very hard to do around the property. :)

Everything was perfect. The room was cleaned every day,the staff was very nice. They helped us with parking the first night we arrived,breakfast was good, you need to try the home made vanilla jam, it was amazing!!! The owners were very nice, we had a problem and they helped us without hesitation. If we go to Hanioti again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarantis Hotel! Both our double and triple rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with lovely balconies and all the amenities we needed. A special thanks to Mr. Sarantis and Ms. Georgie, who were always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home and took care of every detail with genuine hospitality. We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Georgie for the beautiful gesture of gifting us a bottle of wine for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay even more special. The location is perfect which is just a short walk to the beach and to Hanioti center, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day at the sea. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanioti. Not a big issue but at breakfast there is no toaster to toast your bread if you wanted, also no cappucino, only plain coffee with milk, apart from this everything was wonderful.

Amazing location, only minutes walk to the main centre. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was really nice. Pool was very clean and the cocktails were even better :)

Situated on the main street , 1 min walk from the main square in Hanioti this hotel met our expectations regarding the location. We parked our car in front of the hotel on the street and walked to the beach or to the center for dinner.Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, cleanliness top notch, the ladies from maintenance cleaned the room every day during our stay. There' s a swimming pool in the hotel, opened until 19 h .The host is very kind and helpful.

The Sarantis Hotel is a must, what a lovely family run hotel, Sarantis, Zoe & Georgia are amazing hosts, nothing is to much trouble, the hotel is beautiful, everything is very modern and super clean. The breakfast has so much to choose from and is all freshly prepared every morning. Hanioti is a lovely little Greek village/town with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from, the beach is just a few steps away. The most amazing sunsets, in the evenings. Will be looking at booking here again very soon

Limited cutlery in the kitchen area. That was literally the only thing and we are picky!

A great hotel in a perfect location, quiet at night but 5 minutes walk from the main street with many shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The hotel pool is quiet which we enjoyed. Spotlessly clean room, cleaned daily, and towels changed every day too. Hotel grounds are lovely and well maintained. Lots of breakfast options, omelette was my favourite and we loved the sausages! Some different greek foods every day too, all very tasty. The owners made us feel very welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.
