Wonderful welcome and hospitality from the owner, making this a thoroughly pleasant experience and a relaxing stay! The location is great in this pretty town. I also highly recommend Zephyros Taverna nearby for food and a spectacular sunset view.

This is an excellent value guest house--- comfortable and spacious, with a friendly, helpful host. I would happily stay here again. It's very homey and quiet, just five minutes walk from the center of town.

Not a big deal, but having a queen/king bed instead of two twin beds would be a nice add for couples.

Great value for money. Just a few steps from everything, plenty of parking, very large rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains around Paleochora. The rooms and common spaces were extremely clean. The host was very welcoming and polite. Unlike other reviewers, we did not find the rooms inadequately sound-insulated: one night other guests were a bit loud entering their room, but this would happen in any hotel in the world.

You can't stay outside on the balcony without using a mosquito repellent, otherwise you're gonna be bitten by insects and mosquitos.

A cosy hotel with everything that you might need for a short stay (a comfy bed, clean bathroom and a small balcony). It is located close to two beaches.

The fridge was a little noisy at night. I turned it off until morning - no problem.

I had stayed some years ago, and was pleased at the location, and the accommodation. This time was even better. The owner and staff are very helpful. It is very good value, and an ideal base for walkers.

Our host Emmanuel was very welcoming and friendly and shared lots of information about Crete. The apartment had everything we needed and more. For the price you couldn't do any better. It was very clean with good moto parking and very close to the town and the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. A super place to stay.

The location of the facility is excellent in relation to the first beach and the bus stop. I especially enjoyed riding a bicycle, for which there are excellent conditions for renting and riding in Paleochora. During my stay at Savas rooms, I felt extremely comfortable and protected, as if I had come to a relative's house. The accommodation met all my expectations and needs, and the host was extremely hospitable and helpful with his advice and recommendations. It would have been nice if I could have stayed a few more days, because it was the best part of my vacation in Crete. Many thanks again to the wonderful hosts. Your very satisfied guest Svetlana

Savvas is very helpful and kind man. His welcome was warm and he helped us when we needed some information for places around. The rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable. He managed to have everything in the room, A/C, water in the fridge, even anti moschito machine. I absolutely reccomend these rooms!

The room was smallish but well equipped and clean.Lovely balcony facing the mountains and it was quiet despite being a few minutes walk from the bus station and centre.10/15 minute walk from Paleochora's two beautiful beaches Manos,the host was welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

It is located very close to the bus station, super pleasant host, very nice room and high level of service. I would say it even was better than we expected! We were supplied with all the necessary stuff, the room was very neat and clean, I highly recommend this place.
