Everything was on point, the location is more than perfect, very close to restaurants, supermarket, bakeries etc. The bed was so comfortable that I wish I had such comfy, cloud like bed in my house 😂 and all of the bed lining, and the towels ... I don't know what kind of detergent this people are using but it smelled incredibly good. There was coffee and tea left, which made me feel appreciated and made my stay even more good. I would say that the place is perfect keeping in mind what you pay for and what you get for that price. Also, forgot to mention that the personal knows English and you are capable of understanding each other perfectly. If I could give them a 1000 I would, with all my heart. ❤️

The owner is very kind. The hotel is located in the center , the beach is 1 min away. The rooms are big and clean. This was our second time at the hotel. We will certainly visit it again!

It was very noisy because of the street and also the bars, which are near. You have to sleep for sure on a closed window, otherwise it is not possible. The ground floor rooms are almost on the main street. No place for parking and because of that it was quite hard to find where to leave your car. The coffee machine was not working and also we didn’t have an iron in the room, we had to ask especially for it, no matter that it was written in the description.

Top location, right in the center if the city. Clean and well prepared. The host was super nice, we have the possibility to check in earlier.

The noise in the morning from the cars outside

Perfect location, first line - just 30 meters from the sea shore. Children's playground right in front of the terrace (comfortable only for the families with little kids off course😜). Amazing Bakery next to the hotel with lots of delicious things and coffee. The street in front is closed from 20:00 to 00:00 for driving and becomes a pedestrian zone - very nice and thoughtful!

The mattress could be a bit more comfortable. In the evening, you can hear music from nearby bars, but closing the window and lowering the blinds makes it manageable.

The room was impeccably clean, featuring a great view and a lovely terrace. The host was incredibly polite and helpful, even moving his car so we could park ours in front of the property. There are multiple options to keep the heat at bay, including air conditioning, motorized blinds that also reduce street noise, and an awning on the terrace.

Since it is in the city center, there was a bar across the street playing loud music during the night.

The apartment was great! Very clean, central, with nice balcony and a sea view. The host was extremely friendly and responsive.

It is a central street, and with all the positives, it comes with a little noise during the night. There is a bakery just next to it (you have to try it - nice coffee and breakfast) and these was loading of goods at around 5-6 am. you have to consider it if you a light sleeper :)

Location has also a downside: street below can be noisy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays

Meticulously clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of equipment, very kind owner, excellent location in the very heart of Nea Peramos, overlooking the sea and the children corner. A lot of restaurants, pastry shops and cafes within 200 metres

Since it's located on the main street it is a bit loud at night. There is no parking available, but still we manage to find a spot on the street even during high season - mid of August

The room was spacious and clean. There is a great balcoly with a wonderful sea view. The location is also perfect - center.

The bathroom was not good..... it was dirty (orange mould from not cleaning in the corners on the floor), and the shower head(s) were both defective. When we told the owner, he said he knew about it, and it would be repaired in a few months after the season.....

Nice apartment in the centre of the town. Spacious with a nice balcony, small kitchen, good beds. Very close to the beach.

Very difficult to find parking around the hotel in the evening hours. The staff change regularly the towels , but they did not clean the floor not even ones and at the end of the stay was very unpleasant (we were with kids). The air conditioning was poor, half of the room cooler and the other hot.

The host was very friendly and the location was good.
