We were met at the property by Ms. Litsa, a very warm and welcoming host. She handed us the keys and demonstrated how everything worked such as TV etc, and she was very helpful and kind. The fridge was stocked with cool water which was very welcome on a hot day! Coffee pods, sugar and milk was provided. Toiletries were plentiful and the modern conveniences such as cooker, aircon, washing machine were all in fine working order and we felt very comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed was just the right firmness level so we enjoyed a good sleep. Beaches are plentiful and only a few metres away! Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby serving delicious Greek food, pizzas and our favourite seafood! We hoped we could stay for longer and we will definitely stay again with Ms. Litsa and Mr. Nikos when we are in Peramos.

Next door there is a sea food shop so the smell fom the balcony is not great at all times.

The apartment is clean and smells new. The hauskeeper is very kind and cultured and asks every morning if you need anything. One day she spread my clothes on the terrace :). Everything is perfect!

Very nice apartment, clean, modern and fully furnished with also Italian coffee machine and coffee pods offered by the owner. The apartment is just in front of the sea, so the view is amazing, and many bars and restaurants are nearby. The host is a very kind and smiling person . Highly recommended !

Nikos was super friendly. The appartement is better than the pictures and it could not have been cleaner. Cross the road and you are on a lovely beach. Restaurants and other facilities all within walking distance.

Unfortunately our apartment was adjacent to a fish store and their refrigerators were loud and making noise constantly. That made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
