Nothing really. A bit more food preparation space in the kitchen area would have been nice, but we managed fine. One mainly wants cold drinks, salads and fruit, although there are plenty of appliances and kitchenware If you’re feeling more adventurous!

Lovely setting and close to a local beach. The garden in particular and the pool are real assets. Quiet and peaceful location and it was lovely to sit outside on the private terrace and look at all the lovely green with the sea glinting beyond. The other guests were quiet and respectful of the space. Having a linen change and the towels changed 2/3 times during our stay was a bonus. The welcome pack was a nice touch and messages were responded to promptly. It’s all been set up very professionally with stylish furniture and a comfortable bed.

Leaving!

Spacious studio, simply but elegantly furnished. Very well equipped and a comfortable bed. Everything inside was perfect, better than we could have hoped for. It's clear a great deal of thought went into making this an exceptional place. The grounds around the apartments are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained. And the pool...wow. Add in the stunning beach with a great taverna right on it and you have our perfect holiday destination. Thank you Isadora and Demetris for allowing us to stay here, and also for great communication

We had probably the most annoying guest neighbour we ever had… but still we enjoyed our time there and it deserves 10* review for sure! So it says it all. Really recommend this place and wish you all the luck to avoid that lovely british gentleman we had to tolerate during our 3 nights stay…

Very clean modern studio which was furnished beautifully. Equipped with everything you needed and the welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Beds were really comfortable. Linen and towels were very clean and were changed regularly. The pool area is like a little oasis and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Bright light near door at night, kitchen very small, but not really a big problem.

Beautiful setting, great pool, close to beach and taverna. Very comfortable bed, frequent visits by cleaner which helped keep everything fresh and clean. We loved this quiet corner of Kefalonia!

Small kitchen to cook a whole meal in. Also would have been useful to have a little guide because we struggled to turn on the lights and extractor fan on the cooker. Lacking some equipment like scissors and a big knife.

Very clean room and midway through the week we had someone come to clean the room, freshen the linen and change the bins. The pool was refreshing and plenty of sun loungers. The location was lovely and peaceful and easy to get into lixouri via car. The beach was a short very easy walk away and there was also a couple of lovely restaurants/taverns within walking distance.

Note the post code is not accurate as it takes you to the beach road at back of property so you need to follow your nose. On arrival its not clear how to find your accommodation, new arrivals had same issue, better directions/instructions would be helpful. There is no welcome pack in your property which i think would be a big improvement to explain, air con, wifi, cleaning, bins (recycling) local area, amenities etc. Had to email host on day 4 re lack of cleaning, bigger bins and more frequency of emptying would be nice

Beautiful property, lovely pool with nice sunbeds. Our studio had everything we needed, well equipped with thoughtful welcome pack, lovely natural furniture and design, nice patio and garden where you could see the sunset.

Nothing however if anyone wants to cook then it might be a little difficult as there was a very small place to prepare food.

This beautiful place was our last location to stay in Kefalonia and we wished that we stayed there whole time. It was clean,well designed colours,compact,bed was so comfy and smelled wonderfully,. The host left for us a little gift as well as some snack and coffee which was appreciated greatly. This place is also next to beach and there was a wonderful restaurant called Remetzo(breakfast/lunch/ dinner) And before I forget the pool was amazing. It was not big not to small just right.

The very bright exit light. I understand this is needed by law, but all our other accommodation had this as well without being disturbing (see photo). Here it really made that we could not sleep. The owner said the maintenance boy would come to switch it off, but this did not hapoen. The shutters could not be closed properly. We've seen that someone came into the room as two additional towels were added (not sure why), but the bins were not emptied at all during our stay. Compared to our other accommodations on the island it was the worst especially when you look at the value for money.

It was calm, nice swimming pool, comfortable bed but missing an additional blanket. Good bathroom and kitchen. Nice welcome package.
