The hotel is in a convenient location with access to the sea and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The reception is cozy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a great selection with something to suit everyone, and the dinner options were excellent, with a variety of cuisines changing daily. Our children especially enjoyed the waterslides, swimming pool, and mini golf, which added to the overall family-friendly atmosphere. Parking was available on the hotel premises, which was very convenient. We did not explore many of the on-site restaurants or activities, as we spent much of our time traveling around the island and enjoying the sea.

We missed a room cleaning services due to day-nap time, and I had to ask a cleaning personnel for a favor to clean or room a few times.

I absolutely loved that the resort feels like a village rather than a single hotel building. It’s set on a vast property full of trees, flowers, and beautifully landscaped gardens — truly stunning. The resort has around four to five kid-friendly pools, including water slides that children adore. There’s also a kids’ club with activities for ages 4+, which can be booked at no extra cost with the all-inclusive package. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious food — even a picky toddler will find something to enjoy. The weather was mild and perfect during our stay. The beach is within walking distance and has convenient access to the sea, with sailboats and cruises available. There are also a separate adults-only areas for those looking for a child-free experience, which is a nice touch.

Just a small thing… The kids pool was quite muddy due to the grassy area surrounding it so we preferred the main pool and my kids who are both over 18 liked the adult pool which was quiet and lovely with a pool bar. Whilst most of the staff were genuinely lovely and friendly, we found a couple of the bar tenders to be quite rude to the guests on more than one occasion which was a shame.

Overall an excellent experience especially the refurbished areas. The rooms (we were in the deluxe rooms) were lovely - really well appointed and comfortable, close to all the amenities. The facilities are generally superb, especially the food and drink options, lovely bar areas, live entertainment, pools , slides, spa and beach. The staff were (almost without exception) lovely, with shout outs to Socrates and Stefaniia who were both so helpful. Also the servers who greeted us every breakfast and lunch…

Everything was simply excellent – the service, the rooms, the food, and the variety. Even when some dishes ran out quickly, the staff made sure to replenish them and take care of everyone, so the experience remained wonderful and impressive.

Great facilities, good quality and varied food options, and beautiful decor in the bedrooms (really top notch), felt very luxurious. Also close to the beach (though not on the doorstep). Most of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great activities and facilities for kids (ours absolutely loved the pools, slides, park and mini disco).

The only drawback is that there is no door to the bathroom, and it is problematic when you come with teenagers.

The hotel is excellent and especially suitable for families. The pool areas are beautiful, and there are enough chairs and places in the shade. We took a family room, the room is spacious and well air-conditioned. The service at the hotel is fantastic.

The difference between 3 stars accomodation (family room) to 5 stars accomodation (junior suite)

I write this review in our last day in Sentido Appolo Palace Corfu. We booked here 10 days with all inclusive in a family room (recommended for a couple with a small child). We arrived with expectations to get good value for the amount we paid at a 5 stars hotel. We were totally disappointed when we got our room, old basic furniture, no shower gel, toilet flushing tot good functionning, and other details that should not ever find in a 5 stars hotel. Then we met Konstandina, client experience responsible at the hotel, and she was so attentive to our needs, treating us with respect and care and trying to find the best solution for us. We switched after 3 days to a junior suite with private pool (which was perfect for us), then to a supperior bigger room for the last 3 days. It was not easy, basically we stayed with our luggages almost packed during the entire holiday, but it was worth it (comparing to our initial accomodation proposal). The difference between the initial family room and the junior sweet it was of one star, if not 2... Thank you, Konstandina, for all your professionalism and attention! For always asking how we were, always at our disposal when we needed anything (restaurant reservation or whatever), for all your care! It felt close, we felt heard! The hotel is so lucky to have you, you are always profesionnal, but a good and attentive person on top of this, and we felt that! We are not picky customers, but we expect to receive good value for money we pay, and, as I told you also, you saved our holiday! Thank you! 🙏❤️We really appreciated your effort and consideration towards us, and everybody, I assume! At the end of it all, it was a good journey at Appolo Sentido Palace! Although the pool rules clearly say that you shouldn't book sun beds before the opening hour of the pools, a lot of people left their stuff on the beds for booking way before the opening. By 10 am basically almost all the beds were booked and if you don't do the same or you arrive to the pools later, you might end up with no bed.

Sentido Apollo Palace is a fully equipped resort that is very child friendly. The beach is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the sea as well. We were on half board and the variety of food was fantastic. It's very convenient that the Green Bus that takes you to Corfu Town stops in front of the hotel.

The only suggestion I would give is to improve the room cleaning service: once housekeeping didn’t come at all, another time they arrived at 7:30 pm, and on one occasion the towels weren’t changed. Overall, the level of cleanliness during the stay felt a bit superficial compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

We spent our holiday at Sentido Apollo Palace and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The buffet was outstanding: every meal offered an impressive variety of delicious options, perfectly combining local flavors with international choices. We were always looking forward to the next meal! The facilities and services were exceptional. The pool area was simply beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun. What really stood out to us, however, were the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special: a free late check-in, a farewell gift with local products and traditional sweets, and the well-organized airport transfer service. We were especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. On one occasion, an extra bar charge had mistakenly been added to our room, but the receptionist handled it quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive, when my daughter accidentally left behind her backpack with some beloved toys, the staff went out of their way to find it and reassured us that it would be shipped to us shortly. Overall, Sentido Apollo Palace combines excellent hospitality, delicious food, and top-notch services with genuine care for its guests. We felt truly valued throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Corfu.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The facilities were excellent — from the spacious swimming pool and beautiful greenery to the wide variety of food offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kids especially loved the water slides, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which was very convenient for the family and added to the overall comfort. A special thank you to Konstantina, who was always helpful and supportive whenever we needed her. She was there to resolve any situation with great care. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Philip, the General Manager, who is a very knowledgeable and professional person. Their attention and dedication truly enhanced our experience. Overall, everything from the room to the service made our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The rooms could use some upgrading, and adding facilities such as a billiard table would make the experience even more enjoyable.

We had a lovely time at the resort with our family. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Even though it was a busy season, they were always friendly and ready to help. Our kids loved the water slides and pools. It was perfect for them. We especially enjoyed dinner at Coryfo restaurant, where the local dishes and service were excellent. The beach is close by, with lots of nice restaurants and cafés around. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We had minor issues with the bathroom but thanks to our guest services manager Konstantina they were all solved very quick.

Great facilities, very welcoming staff and great individual restaurants within the hotel, especially the Coryfo restaurant. All staff were very helpful and the hotel location was very convenient too as all boat trips started off from the sea at the back of the hotel.
